Edward: I should have known made in China. For personal ware it may be better to size up. They are good I am just talking about what fits in China may not fit in USA. It was easy to return and get the upsize the very next day.

Chemical Brothers: I bought these to sue while snorkeling and walking on rocky beaches. For snorkeling, they are great inserts into flippers to prevent rubbing on the top of your foot and you heal... very thin and light. They also drain and dry quickly. Decent for walking over rocky beach and entering rocky shores. Not enough support for walking or trekking. Very please with fit and price / performance.

MimiMimi: These water shoes are actually being used for around the house as evening/night wall around shoes. They are ultralight and fit quite well if you take the closest measurement, they will contour your feet. If you prefer a looser fit, chose a +1 size. Once reason why they good for that purpose is the sole is flat which make it great for around the house while having grip. Good as replacement for socks with rubber strip as they will not wear out.
As for water shoes they definitely work too as the sole ensure good grip on watercraft, for example, while the material totally allow water thru.

J$B: Not quite the usual use: have been looking for cheap, lightweight, quick and very grippy footwear to manage TRX training on hardwood (bare feet and runners skidding out at hard angles). These look to do it - comfort and Day 1 support with the included insole is good. May add socks or second insoles, especially if the uppers stretch over time. Durability of such light material under training duress is open to question, but will raise to 5* if they last.

TeeCTeeC: I really had a difficult time trying to find a water shoe where there was a picture of the inside etc. I ordered these in hopes that they did not have an insert, but alas they do. They fit good and are comfy. If the insert wears out before the shoe you will have to add one to it because to wear these without it would not be comfortable as you can see from the photos. I have not worn these to the beach yet but I am happy with the fit, comfort and color of them. I wear a size 8 in running shoes and casual shoes. I ordered these in in the 6.5-7.5 range. :0)
