The SDC Magnetic Screwdriver Set is the perfect choice for any DIY project. With 14 ultra-strong interchangeable tips, including 3 Phillips, 3 Slotted, 4 Torx, 2 Square and 2 Hex, this multi screw driver kit from SDC Tools is easy to install and use. Its sturdiness and durability make it the best Double End Screwdriver Bits available. Get the job done right with this essential tool set.Craig from IdahoCraig from Idaho: I purchased this set primarily because it is insulated up to 500 Volts with a covering of a high impact plastic that is placed to protect the user. I install solar panel systems and backfeed 48V DC through 20A 2-pole breaker switches and use the square #1 or #2 the most. Normally I only run strings of up to 500V, so these work fine. The handle locks tight on each piece in my set in either direction. For the money, you can't beat them but, professional quality they're not. I would never consider purchasing this set for my main set, as a professional. For a backup set, they'll do just fine until I can replace my good set, however. The handle is comfortable to use for the half day I used them for.

Book GluttonBook Glutton: I was actually looking for a Mini Screwdriver Set, like the one I have, to use in a different location. I saw these and I saw the Phillips were number PH0, PH1, PH2, and figured at least the first two of these were the same size I was looking for. But you can see in the pictures that they are quite different. I wanted smaller screwdrivers. I am not complaining. I guess I was not paying attention. But I like these and have use for them too. So I am going to keep them. You can judge from the pictures how the two sets compare with each other. These do have strong magnets as you can see what they can hold.

H DrakeH Drake: For the few dollars this screwdriver set costs, this is a great deal. The double ended tips are strong and well insulated for working on electrical items with extra security. The handle feels ergonomic, but since it is plastic it does not feel as heavy duty as an acetate (clear handle), or as grippy as a rubberized handle does. But the set is very nice despite the material difference, but that is of course for the insulated value the screwdrivers are made for. The carrying case feels nice and will keep all items together and protected, rather than rolling around individually in a drawer or tool box. The only issue (for me) I noticed is that the tips are secured by a larger than 1/4" hex shaped spacer on the bits themselves. This is not a design flaw or anything, it just means this handle cannot be used like a bit holder. This design may be standard for electricians tools, I am not sure, but if a tip was to beak for some reason, the whole set is so inexpensive, you could just but it again. The tips are very strong and seem like they will never break under most uses anyway. This is a great set for any one who would like the added security of insulation and it contains all the tip...

Steve F.: It does work as a screwdriver! This was ordered due to the price and that it has magnetic tips, for a computer build. It didn't fail once during the build. Hence, has found a home in my electronics toolbox.
Pros:
* Magnets are not weak or overly strong. In a PC build it will pick up 3 normal screws. Only 1, if it's thickly painted, but did hold that 1 in place, on the way to the screw head.
* If you have slight sweaty palms like me, get this, as it didn't slip under my grip once.
Cons:
* It could have been a little bit longer. I was building on an ATX MoBo, in a mid tower case (Phanteks P600S) due to my larger hands, and was getting closer to parts than I wanted. If you're building in an Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX case, this would probably be perfect! (Note: I'm not talking about the size of the bit heads, these are perfect and come in a few differing sizes).
* The case it comes in, seems to be an after thought. However, I didn't buy it for its case...
All totaled, I'm quite happy with this purchase. It did exactly what I bought it for, putting screws on the bit, getting them to the screw hole (without holding the screw with my other hand) and screwing...

Julia: I don't like asking for help if I don't have to, and some equipment in my kitchen kept getting loose screws. After the second time a screw popped out, I decided to grab this set rather than get one screwdriver with one head and hope I only ever have to deal with that one screw type. I'm very glad I did, as I have found myself in many situations where a weird screw needed tightening or loosening, and it's been very helpful to have this around.
I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who likes to fiddle around with screws professionally or as a hobby, but for someone like me who just wants to be able to handle minor repairs without borrowing tools every time, it works very well.
