SainSmart Creality Ender 3 Max 3D Printer: High-Performance 3D Printing for Professional Results

NICOLE: We bought this Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro for use in our company’s prototype lab. We had 4 other FDM printers in the lab at that time, but we needed another printer because these 4 units were constantly being utilized, and we needed more capacity. We wanted one that was affordable so we could share with other engineers so they could quickly check fit and function of their designs.

The Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro has been a good printer for us. It shipped quickly and was packaged well. Assembly was easy and fast. (Most of the parts were pre-assembled). NOTE: make sure your voltage selector (115VAC/230VAC) is in the correct position because the power supply is not an Auto-Sensing Power Supply. This printer is similar to the Creality Ender3 V2, except it has a few upgrades/modifications. We like the extruder – it is easy to add/change filament. It also has a high temperature that can be used with multiple materials. The filament detector looked strange and seemed flimsy when it was assembled, but it works properly. Nestor fabian leal valencia: hasta ahora cumple con lo esperado, pero es muy dificil calibrarla bien y tiene problema con el cable del eje y, ya que rosa con otras partes y altera el resultado, nada que no se pueda resolver falcil, pero es molesto darte cuenta despues de horas de estar calibrando y revisando todo lo mas logico

Prostor: En complément de ma Dagoma Ultimate qui m'a fait découvrir ce monde il y a 2 ans.
Points positifs :
- aucune difficulté de montage : Lego niveau 5 ans
- bonne qualité perçue des composants. La qualité se voit dans le temps après plusieurs bobine, je n'en ai fait qu'une.
- bonne stabilité de la machine sur ses appuis.
- Plus silencieux que ce à quoi certains commentaires me laissaient présager, voire silencieuse.
- impressions de bonne qualité que ce soit en 0,28 ou 0,16... je n'ai pas l'usage du 0,12
- bonne adhérence sur le plateau de verre et homogénéité de la surface de chauffe ( pas de décollement des bordures)
- je n'ai pas eu de problème avec l'impression avec du TPU ( souple )

points négatifs ou à améliorer :
- plateau de verre un peu fragile aux rayures, attendre que le plateau ait refroidi avant de vouloir décoller les pièces .
- Le ventilateur de la tête d'impression s'est mis à faire du bruit de vibration très aiguë au bout de quelques heures d'impressions ( deux options remplacer le ventilateur ou le graisser -graisse téflon sur l'axe- )
- la spatule fournie avec: le bord droit fait buter la spatule...

BMB: This printer is honestly as good as you can get on the market today for home use and frankly i don't know that you can get any finer detail in the prints than this provides, from here you are pretty much just getting into bigger print beds or multiple print heads or different materials than PLA.

This printer does come in parts that need assembly and i was intimidated by that but the truth is we live in 2019 at the time of my review and you can find video walk throughs of literally anything and this printer assembly is no exception. it took me about an hour and a half to build taking my time. The process is not difficult in any way and is in fact made even easier by having the manufacturer really go the extra mile by providing every single tool you could need, Allen keys, screw drivers, trimmers for the pla its amazing and i was grateful as hell to get all of that.

The other thing about this printer that is amazing is that the printer itself is very very popular in the community and so there are tons of free mods available online that can upgrade this printer to make it even better.
