book reader: This is just what I needed. Had been looking for a strong/stable/sturdy replacement for my old stool that had broken after years of use. I use it mainly in my shop, and to reach the top of my SUV & truck when hand washing them. It also makes a great seat to sit on when you need to take a break.

Coyley@: This stool is extremely strong and sturdy. I needed one to replace a more flimsy one, which had bent under the extra weight of my son. I could not obtain exactly what I needed in the UK, but found this one online and it was delivered from ‘across the pond’. I would say it was Canadian, but it was a US firm that delivered it to my home in Wales. I ought to have ordered two, as it was exactly what I needed, but I wanted to see the first one before deciding. Sadly, the company that delivered it to me has now increased the price to double what I paid last time. Had the price remained the same, I would have bought another. We could do with a distributor in the UK for this superior product, but it will never sell at this inflated price.
