Has hard time maintaining temp for smoking. Ok for about 4-5 hrs.
Biggest issue is the tray for charcoal doesn’t fit opening so you can slide out to clean ashes without tilting and losing your ashes. I just took angle grinder and cut slots.
Design flaw

I would buy again though
Grills fine. Smoker is work

Cliente de Amazon: Lindo, práctico y excelente. Hay algunas opiniones de que se le cae la pintura pero es porque quizás no siguieron más instrucciones de curado o "pre firing" además de eso yo encontré en un tutorial como prepararlo mejor para empezar a usarlo. Lo he usado dos veces para usar carne y una para ahumar unas costillas cargadas de res a un tiempo de 8 hras aproximadamente. Funcionó de maravilla.

Llegó antes del tiempo esperado, el instructivo ha sido el más claro de entender y fue muy fácil armarlo ya que incluso los tornillos venían marcados con letras dentro del manual y en el empaque.
Realizamos carne al día siguiente y todo quedo muy bien cocido, el control de temperatura ayuda aún más.

After using the smoker a few times, I still like it, but I have discovered a small drawback: It is difficult to completely remove ashes from the firebox. The grate that the coals sit on does not fit through the end door at all, and it must be tilted about 45° to pass through the top door, so most of the ashes fall back into the firebox. That would not be so bad, except that the side opening is an inch or so above the floor of the box, so you can't easily brush the ashes out. I'm going to try a combination of a brush and a small scoop.

A trap door in the bottom of the firebox would have been nice, so that the ashes could be dropped directly into a bucket. I don't know how other smokers handle ash removal, but it seems there must be a better way.

Still, this is a very inexpensive model, and it does work!
