Helen: Arrived with corners crushed and thick crusty black edges. I could not get it off even with 90 proof alcohol. It reminds me of printer ink when it goes bad or expired. Those kind of lines. I wouldn't care about the lines if the planks were dark but on light gray? Yes i care about how visible they are.

CeeJayDeeCeeJayDee: I am so pleased with this floor!! I am a DIY woman and did this totally myself. Wish I had a before picture so the transformation could be appreciated. The 4 x 4 tile floor was old and cracked. I just made sure it was free from debris and went right over it. The planks were super easy to cut and unlike some other reviews, mine were very sticky on the back. No problems. I saved the backing to make templates to go around the toilet and vanity etc...this was a quick fix until I can remodel the bathroom, but now I don’t mind waiting! This is an 8 x 10 bathroom and it did take me a few hours until I got the hang of going around stuff. Definitely brick lay the planks for a nicer finish.

DW: These are amazing floor tiles. I redid the floor of one of the bathrooms in a rental property I own, which had awful 1980s pink and green linoleum. We didn't want to spend a fortune for a high-traffic area in a rental, but these look SO good. It really transformed the space into a much more sleek and modern room.

Application was very easy. Once you get the hang of cutting these, it's simple. (I'm a city dweller and only moderately handy, and I kicked my husband out and did the whole floor myself.) It's very easy to cut around corners or rounded spots like the toilet, plus you need to caulk around the tub/toilet anyway, which will cover any less-than-perfect edges. It took about two hours to do the whole bathroom (which is a fairly standard 8x4 size). I think I used about 4 packages to do one bathroom.

The glue sticks very well - you have a minute or so to really wedge the tile in tight once it's down, but they stay where you put them. No extra glue/primer required. I'm definitely going to use these to do the other two bathrooms.

The only negative is that for some reason these come in a box that is slightly too small for them, so they end up folded and bent. We...
