Andy M.: This stuff looks fine. It installs quickly and easily. Too bad it winds up being a complete waste of money: it won't stick to anything. Not even plain old smooth wood. Adding insult to injury, you can't dope it with real cove base adhesive after it falls off because other adhesives won't stick to this product's pre-applied adhesive. I will have to uninstall, throw all of this stuff away, and start from scratch with the "normal" base and caulk-gun adhesive.

Kenneth P.: Used on short runs at added door openings on MAG.H.O. recess. Used preformed outside corners to wrap stub-walls. Would have been nice if they were (available) with self adhesive too. Razor knife and a small straight-edge was handy to cut/fit. Will use again, color even matched (tough to tell on screens).

Vanessa Mackenzie: I bought this for our kitchen in hope that it would finish off the look and be an easier clean. The product itself is what you are expecting by the material. If I wanted an affordable option that I didn't care about color and was planning on having it professionally installed with adhesive. Not a big deal at all. However if you are expecting to use the self adhesive, think again. If are are picky about true color matches or need it to go with your kitchen for a specific color I was really disappointed with the color called dark gray that was more like a middle tone gray. Luckily I had adhesive to uses I didn't need an additional trip to the hardware store. I was so offput by the color being off that I almost returned it.

Carol Marnell: This was so easy to install. We used it as a kick plate for the bottom of the desk where there is a gap. Super happy with the way it looks.

vinnyf: I was reluctant to order this - too many people reported adhesion problems with it. But if it worked, it would be perfect for my application, so I took a chance. My application was to finish a set cabinet toe kicks that had been disassembled, reassembled, modified to oblivion. I cut a new length of plywood to fit. Following the Roppe instructions, I laid out a couple of lengths in a warm spot for a day. Ensured the plywood was clean and relatively warm, carefully placed the vinyl on the plywood and pressed the length with a piece of wood. The vinyl strip grabbed solidly and held tightly. But several people have said the adhesive failed within a short time. I have waited for a couple of weeks to to write this review, and the vinyl is holding perfectly tightly.
As an aside, the material is easily cut, heavy gauge, and looks very good in place.
