Amazon Customer: Damn this thing LASTS. Originally purchased in 2021.
My car is from 2005 and therefore has no direct AUX cord or Bluetooth capabilities... hence the need for this product. I used to use a radio jacker with a 3.5mm headphone jack, but when I had to replace my phone, I purchased this one to replace it. Noticed no major difference in sound quality -- if you're craving bass, turn up the bass setting on your sound system by 1~2 points and you're golden. I don't listen to base-heavy music though, so I really didn't care about this point.
This thing has outlasted 2 tires, a car door, and a whole phone (ironically now back to a model that *does* have a headphone jack-port) with no issues due to age.
The only issue I've noticed is that sometimes the Bluetooth connection cuts out and does not automatically reconnect. This particularly happens if I have my car's electronics turned on for a while *before* starting the engine. It's only really annoying to deal with when it cuts out while I'm driving, but that has only happened maaaybe once a month... so again, not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise, it connects consistently to my phone within a second or two of starting the car's...

Suzie: I brought this from a review it does everything the review says it would and so has awesome sound quality, the review said that it does take a while to connect with blue tooth but that it had good quality bluetooth and transmission so I figured that was the most important to me that it sounded good and it does!!! It also does take a little while to connect Lol :) I was surprised at the size it looks like a monster in pics but its fairly compact so that was good too. Oh the only fault I can find is if you want to play the radio its better to unplug it as it sets up a bit of interference with stations close to the frequency your chosen. Im guess thats because of the strong signal. So ok thats two little things for Awsome Sound also I put it in a Falcon AU with top of the line sound system I actually love the way it sounds. Anyways hope this helps anyone out there that doesnt know what to choose

Matt: Does exactly what I bought it for and is very easy to use. Have had very occasional and fairly minor static noise when near stuff like power lines and construction sites, but nothing to really complain about. Especially when considering the fact that this unit comes with a headphone jack you can use to connect to your stereo rather than the FM transmitter. It's pretty good!

Ed: It functions amazingly, and if you want to have two cars or radios playing at the same time, it’s possible as the range on this little device is great. The only problem is that it doesn’t automatically connect to the last paired device, you have to go into Bluetooth settings and connect it yourself every time. Other than that, the sound is amazing and the microphone does pretty well.

ZULMA PATRICIA MARTINEZ ANDRADE: Le pongo 4 estrellas porque los dos orificios son para carga, pensé que uno lo podría usar para colocar una USB, pero no la lee. Por lo demás es muy buen producto. Tiene la opción ON OFF.

A Y G: Update 2022-07-30
This is still a great device, but I actually don't use it with my 2010 Honda CRV anymore because it interferes with the TPMS system. When I read the manufacturers description, I was wondering, why are all these cars listed as incompatible with this device? I am guessing this might be why. My car is not in the list though but it is not compatible. When I first used it in my CRV, I had already been using it in another vehicle for awhile and had just moved it into the CRV for a long road trip. Since I hadn't had any issues with it in my other car, it never occurred to me this was causing the TPMS light to come on. During the road trip I was trying to Google what makes TPMS come one. I was stopping at gas stations to try to see if my air was low in my tires, but it was fine. It really had my wife nervous, because we were on such a long trip, multiple days, and it seemed something was wrong with the car. We decided to schedule an appointment to have it taken in for service when we got home. However, once we got home a few days later, I moved the device back into the other car where I had been using it. The next time I went to drive the 201 CRV the TPMS light was...

zecanard: *** UPDATED 7/18/2018 ***
The Bluetooth issues must have been iOS-related, because things improved with newer iOS releases. I’ve experienced very few issues over the past few months, although:
1) Sometimes the Roav fails to power on with the car—I have to unplug and plug it back in. This is fairly rare.
2) The Roav still occasionally reboots my iPhone’s Bluetooth radio, forcing my Apple Watch to disconnect/reconnect to it. This, too, is extremely rare.
I’d give this product 5 stars, but the subpar microphone quality holds it back. Add that to the Bluetooth delay, and something like “Hey Siri” can become even more of a chore than it is to begin with.

I drive an older Civic with no auxiliary port or Bluetooth connectivity. I tried a Motorola FM transmitter about 5 or 6 years ago, but never replaced it after I left it in a rental. The reason is all of the ones I found had reviews that described the same issue: FM frequency drift, loud and persistent static no matter which frequency you used, and generally poor sound quality. The same problems I had with my Motorola.
The Roav F0 is not only very affordable, it...
