Jennifer L. Rinehart: Here are some of the things I do not like about this hat;
1. It runs small. If it wasn't for my very short hairstyle I don't think this hat would fit. As it is the band just barely fits my head. I wish it and all other womens hats came in larger sizes.
2. Crushed and wrinkled - I tried to get rid of the creases by using books on the brim but it is so very hard to get anything out and I do not want to try steam because I am worried that it might change the sizing so that 'just barely fits' turns to 'almost fits.'
3. Heavy, floppy bow in a fabric too thick to look nice. The only good thing I can say about this lame bow is that it was easily removed.
4. Overall, this is a bit heavy on the head.
5. Because of the many creases and generally folded and crushed arrival, it has been difficult to shape this hat to a wearable sunshade. It is definitely an improvement of the bucket hat I was wearing previously, but it leaves some notable gaps where the brim leans and outright wilts over my head.
Some things I like about this hat -
The fabric is fully opaque
I like the chin strap, it is easy to use and I like that it is made of fabric...

Michael A LyleMichael A Lyle: This is my favorite hat ever! Lightweight and comfy, looks expensive. I first ordered the blue one, then immediately ordered one in 'red.' It's really more a faded pink-gorgeous. My head is 21" so it was just a tad big-perfect as I could wear it for hours without getting a headache. The wire in the brim allows all the beauty of a floppy hat without it constantly obstructing your view. Reviews said chin straps are cheap? I wore this hat all over Portugal for a month and the chin straps held up great. Review said the bow was hard to move. Uh-no-it wasn't. I changed it to the back of the hat as I thought it looked odd on the side. Review said the hat was too big. Well folks, it clearly states the size....measure your head before you order....jeez. Can't clean spots? I did, using a Tide travel stick. One review complained it was wrinkled upon arrival-so put some water on it and smooth it out. The pics speak for themselves. This hat is awesome. I'm ordering a third one!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I bought this hat as I had just had a CO2 laser facial resurfacing procedure and was told to avoid the sun at all costs for 6 weeks. However, I had two trips to Florida planned during those 6 weeks. The hat was perfect for protection from the sun as its rim is a full 4 inches (much wider than other hats I have purchased). It was flexible and bendable, so ideal for stuffing into my carry on for flight travel. Because of it's bendability, I could shape it around my face to completely protect myself when the sun was low on the horizon. It was lightweight and felt comfortable on my head. I lived in this hat all through June and July of 2021. And, now I use it whenever I'm gardening or walking during this August heat. My dermatologist/esthetician said my face looked great at my followup 6 week checkup/appointment. I highly recommend this hat to anyone trying to protect themself from sun damage.

Peggy: Je trouve que ce chapeau est beau. Les larges bords permettent de protéger son visage, sa nuque, son cou et ses épaules grace au fil de fer dans les bords.
Ce que j’aime c’est qu’il se replie sans se déformer; enfin un chapeau que je peux mettre dans ma valise !!!

Client d'Amazon: Il est tellement large qu'il me protège des allergies aux yeux ! Et, avec ses armatures souples, je peux m'allonger dans mon Transat avec lui sur la tête. Il est pliable dans tous les sens. Légers inconvénients, le tour de tête n'est pas adaptable et il se froisse vite. Je ne l'ai pas encore lavé. Il est retournable. J'adore ce chapeau.

Blacsedisn: Had to wash to get starchy smell out and the bow fell apart. fits perfectly looks nice. Allot hotter than I thought in sunny days maby good for early winter.

GlamGalLovesStuff: I've tried a million hats looking for that perfect travel companion. I also want a bigger brim these days for more UV protection. So many have claimed to be packable but never looked quite right after spending a day in my suitcase. The bigger brims have often had a mind of their own & constantly flopped in my face. Or, the brims barely blocked the sun. I gave this one a whirl for a beach vacation in February & I LOVE, LOVE this hat. It definitely has a fun personality & got tons of compliments. So many women at the resort (young & not so young.. I'm one of the latter) asked me where I'd gotten it and were surprised that it had come from Amazon. It's well made and the colors are muted & neutral. I got the grey/khaki one and it went with everything. I sat at the pool just a few feet from the beach every day in the breeze without the chin strap. If the wind was coming from my right & picked up a bit, I just curved the right side down a little so that the breeze couldn't get under & lift it. On the beach, in direct winds, I did use the strap.
