Amazon Customer: I have it 4 stars as the package where the foil came in was an envelope so it arrived crushed, it should have come in a box. I am still using it but I use a scissor to cut the not perfect aluminum as it was damaged as well. In regards to the product is a great one for me as I bake/ roast a lot and definitely it does not stick.

Samantha C.: This non-stick foil is the bee's knees. Yes, it's expensive for foil. But if I had to pick just one thing to splurge on in the kitchen to make life a bit simpler, this would be it. Food isn't wasted from being irreversibly glued onto the foil, and it makes cleanup quick and easy. As my mother annoyingly says, this foil is "a woman's best friend." Different generation and mindset, I know, but I still have to roll my eyes every time she says it-which is actually somewhat frequently, since we cook together fairly regularly and talk about how great this foil is every time we use it. The non-stick part really works, and it's nice and thick, so you almost never get those tears and leaks that happen with crappy foil where you end up having to scrub the whole pan anyway. They also make a larger "grill" size, which is perfect for big sheet pans, so I keep one of each size on hand. Who roasts veggies in the oven all fall and winter long and never has to scrub a baking pan? Me, thanks to this foil.

Bruce E. LayneBruce E. Layne: Having read the patent for this product, I don't think I'd want it touching food I was going to eat or serve to others, but that's not why I bought it. I cast my own lead bullets and in lieu of bullet lube, I use powder coating. The dry powder is embedded into the surface of the bullets during 15 minutes in a rotary tumbler, and the powder coat finish is cured by baking at 350F for ten minutes. The curing process essentially melts finely ground plastic and it reflows into the surface and forms a permanent bond. It's an incredibly effective adhesive. I've tried a number of supposedly non-stick surfaces and it sticks to all of them. It DOES NOT stick to the Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Heavy Duty Foil. This stuff has magical non-stick properties that seem to defy the laws of chemistry and physics. Well done, guys! I've included images before and after baking. I've used the same foil for three batches of bullets and the non-stick magic is still going strong. I don't know what constitutes "heavy duty" because this foil seems on the thin side to me, but that wasn't a requirement for my application. I love this stuff.

Jay Keller: This high-tech product adds a valuable tool to my cooking arsenal. It's aluminum foil which is coated on one side with a high-temperature polymer film so food doesn't tend to stick. The film-coated site is marked clearly so you will know which side to put the food on. It really works.

For example, I can grill delicate fish on it and it greatly reduces the risk of breaking the filets when they are removed to the plate.

I use it both in the oven and in the barbecue (in which case I keep the heat down around 400 degrees F., I don't want to risk heating the coating to 700 degrees where it might break down).

As far as health-related advantages, it can allow you to use less fat when broiling. Use a little for flavor, but you don't need it to keep the food from sticking.
