Alexia S.: As you can tell by everyone else reviews, the cooling doesn’t last long no matter how long you’ve put it in the freezer for, 30 minutes, an hour, a few days. It won’t stay cold for long. Also it doesn’t stick on your face as you’d expect from the spa, you have to hold it down in place for it to even stay laying down doesn’t help because you can feel it peel or fall off. Even if you heat it up same results you can’t lay peacefully without using your hands. Super annoying and irritating especially when you want to walk around or do things with it on throughout the day. Absolutely do not get this product.

Mandi D Destra: I wish these stayed frozen longer or I would’ve given it a better review. But they are small so it makes sense that they don’t stay frozen for long. I still use them because they serve their purpose!!
