Marcus: Bigger pockets as always delivers another great book. I like the bigger pockets books, they are usually really accessible and easy to read and full of great information for investors. I have read a lot of their books and always learn new information every time.

D Andrew: I'm very impressed with the balance of how Chad Carson (aka Coach) in this book simply explains the concepts in real estate investing while at the same time provides a detailed, step by step process. This is a comprehensive guide that includes strategy, team building, deal finding, deal analysis, making offers, due diligence, closing & property management. The book uses case studies to explain how other investors used various strategies to meet their goals to show the various ways that real estate investment can help everyday investors set achievable goals. I've read a number of very good real estate books, but The Small and Mighty Real Estate Investor is the most approachable and complete book I've read. The book is written in a very down manner that advocates building relationships and solving problems. This approach makes sense to me from both a personal and business level. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in real estate investing whether you are getting started or have been investing for many years, I think that you can learn from this book!

Justin: Coach Carson is one of the first real estate guys that got me hooked. His interview with John Schwab was great and you should check it out, as well as Johns book.
Chad breaks down REI in easy to follow small portions and I really liked how he gets in to philosophical side of things as well.
His approach is to be "small and mighty". Get enough cash flow to support your self, not over load yourself with work and responsibility.
Really looking forward to his second book this month.

Alejandro Lopez Espinar: Si quieres tener una estructura mental avanzada de todas las posibilidades para crear riqueza en el sector inmobiliario, este es tu libro. Aunque es un libro americano, es 100% aplicable a cualquier pais (excepto algunas menciones a leyes muy concretas como el tax 1031 exchange...). Es una maravilla. Daniel Smith: Overall, this book is one that I can see myself coming back to as I move through the stages of life that are described within. Trying to remember everything I’ve learned from this read would be impossible due to how thorough Chad is, but that’s a welcomed fact when compared to the countless real estate investing books that exist today. This is something that I would recommend to anyone trying to set themselves up correctly for retiring early with a focus in real estate investing.

The Good:

Chad goes in debt into most of the topics that he covers in his book. He frequently sites real world examples of how different scenarios will play out and he continually loops his insights back into how different approaches will affect the end goal of early retirement. Peppered in between each chapter, Chad also injects case studies on specific profiles who are utilizing the methods that are described in the pages before. This mix of real world knowledge, and classroom type education is the perfect blend for me.
