Megan: I ordered the fleece and washed and dried them (lowest heat) before use. I had no issues so maybe it’s just the cotton ones that shrink (or maybe folks are drying with too much heat). I can’t speak to longevity of the product though as my son never slept in the bassinet...I blame myself for that!

SurroundedByMuggles: I got the fleece pack and it didn't shrink. I washed cold water and tumble dry low heat. The regular cotton sheet that came with the bassinet did however shrink. The cotton one still fits but it is squishing the matress a little bit. Took some effort to get it to lay flat again.
