colleen dickey: I needed to replace the just the hands on a clock. But, I found this set to replace the entire movement mechanism and hands at the same time. So glad I did as the new mechanism is super quite (no more stuffing the edges with tissue) and the set comes with multiple hand options in case I ever need to replace just those again. Super happy to be able to repair instead of replacing the entire clock!! Like other reviewers have said, take care to get your measurements right, you'll be happy that you did!
