Logan Discenza: I used these for my name tags but if you need this for your rank pins or anything else because you lost them or they are not holding as well, get these. These have a way better grip or hold on the pin than the original ones!! Best purchase, save them for your friends that need them to they'll owe you one when they need them!

AD: There was a number of these pin backs that were defective, I had ordered the amount I needed but ran short due to this quality control issue I suggest you order more than you need so you don't become disappointed like me

As a CAP member, I'd say this violates two of our Core Values: 1) Integrity, because of dishonest marketing; and 2) Excellence, because they didn't put enough effort into updating what you are purchasing by changing the pictures and item description.
With the failures mentioned above, I recommend a cheaper option if you're not going to get everything you see. There just isn't enough value to justify paying a little more for it.
