Michael K. Burdette: If you're looking for big lighting this is "not it." These lights are about 5" round and should be used as "additions" to other lights and not as the "primary" lighting. Good for a kids or adults room party but anything bigger it only laminates about 10" feet.

follygolly: Great gift for a 6 year with a little brother. They each ended up with their own light. I heard very excited stories about how much fun they had making the lights go on, and the skill of the older child with the remote. When the Amazon price dropped, I sent the same gift to two other kids. They sent back pictures and a video of a very lively "disco dance party".

Let me tell you a little story about the first time I used these lights. I was hosting a karaoke party at my house and I had set up the lights in my living room. Jamie D.: one turns on, one turns off, like in a loop, 1 remote works both. also the wire isnt long enough to hit the roof so thats a giant ballache.. the light quality is 5/10 but for 20quid its not bad.. but not great, also theres people saying that it broke after a month or so, so spend more, get better quality.
