Ken M.: I brought this to work to use at my desk occasionally to squeeze in a workout. Was working great but after only two weeks of moderate use it no longer works. You can turn the resistance dial all you want but it never changes from the lightest setting. I did not drop or damage it in any way, it literally just stopped working. I don't see any leaks or broken parts. Build quality is not good I would buy a different model from a different seller.

CHAD: I do like this piece of exercise equipment. Works well. Just be caution the nuts come loose frequently so you have to check them occasionally

AndrewT: Item is a great concept. I chose to return it because of 1. My 37" long arms and 2. The tension I need is not continuous throughout the rep. With that being said, I still believe that it will add value to the workout for the appropriate user.

Johnno: Bought this instead of dumbbells as to avoid injury. Not as young as I used to be so this is the next best thing for me in minimising injury. Like the adjustment levels and control of movement exercising different areas of the chest.

Drew: Bodybuilding for 30yrs ... This was originally bought for home use during Covid lockdown, but now some gyms are open and as the end of the workout approaches, I just pull this sucker outta my bag and start squeezing.

You will have to play with the spring so it gives you the perfect effect. I over and under wound it, making the spring WAY too easy or hard to push or pull, but I assure you 100%, it’s all about twisting the middle unit carefully until it’s perfect ... then it’s perfect for “rest” between sets to blow up your gains. You can flip it upside down, or hold your arms out until your delts beg for mercy.

If you’re young or just starting out, or just don’t have time, this is perfect. Go slow. Rome wasn’t built in a day. When you get sore wait a few days. Being sore creates the DOMS (Google it) little micro tears that need time to build up bigger.

ANYONE who says this sucks is a wimp and hasn’t put in the time twisting the spring to get it just right, so unless yours shows up dented or bent.

This thing is a heavy BEAST! Invest in it. I took a shot, and it worked out GREAT!!!
