R.: First off I only had this product up until June 26th at which point I could no longer return it. The clip that holds the bag together ripped off by the stitching . I had only used it a handful of times. It's very difficult to inflate unless you have a strong wind. I tried watching their technique videos but honestly nothing really works except getting a decent breeze to help. Inflating it wouldn't be that big of a problem if you only had to do it once per use, but it loses air while you're sitting on it so you really do have to re inflate it every one to two hours. It's quite expensive for that so I would suggest just buying a regular blow up couch with a good seal that prevents the air from leaking out. They say that it's pretty rugged but only using it a few times and having the clasp snap off by the seams proves it's really not. I'm 170 lb for reference. It's a really nice idea but need some major reengineering.

A. Miller: Cool concept, but kind of difficult to use. This bag is really comfy once you get the air into it, but it's kind of tough to master the technique to get the air inside. There's supposed to be some sort of "snap" technique, but we weren't able to get it to work. It was fun watching my husband run all over the yard trying to get enough air inside. Definitely watch the videos suggested in the package insert. I would love a version of this that can be inflated with a simple air pump. Was able to use this both as a "bed" for one and as a "couch" with two adults and one child sitting on it. It held up well to my 4 year old jumping on it. Packs up really small, so it doesn't take up much room on your camping trip. It also came with patches in case it gets a hole, but so far it hasn't had any issues. Gonna really enjoy lounging out in my yard on a fall day in this, maybe drinking a pumpkin spice latte like some basic B. Would make a great gift for the avid outdoorsperson in your life.

Ellie Z: When I got this I was so excited! Package was small so it's easy to transport this item or package it away. Setting it up was a little confusing but the instructions helped and it was so fun once we got it set up! Already tested it out at the beach and it felt like sitting in a hammock!
