Lauren: if you’re looking for something that helps open up those nostrils this is the one for you. I wanted something that made the air feel and smell fresh and clean in my humidifier for my newborn baby and I. I have tried the fridababy drops and don’t like that the scent isn’t strong no matter how many drops you use. It almost left the air smelling dusty. But every time I used this ??? I get the most compliments on how good the air feels and people never want to leave my room when I have this on. It has a great balance of various essential oils, with lavender being the most prominent, and has follow up scents of camomile and Clary sage but subtle undertones of ylang ylang just finish it off in a wonderful way.
