Christina: These shoes are great for weightlifting. I have really improved my lifts with these shoes, they have great traction & keep your feet in place. I would not recommend these shoes for any running, lunges, plate/sled pushes, or anything where you need a flexible toe-box because these are very stiff & have huge support. Personally, I have a pair of shoes I wear for running & more cardio based workouts then I wear these shoes anything I'm working with weights.

NolaForeverNolaForever: I needed a very supportive shoe for plyometric exercises with a wide toe box for bunions. Finally stumbled across these and bought the cheapest color in case they didn't work out. Initially the toe box was a little too snug, but by the end of the first workout (about an hour), the shoe had stretched enough to be perfect. My feet were tight within the shoes--no sliding around at all--but no pain in my big toe joint.
The pics show the shoe after having been used 4-5 times a week, 30-50 minutes per workout, for the past 5 and half weeks. I noticed a week ago that suddenly I was no longer stable when balancing and realized my feet were sliding around within the shoes. I re-laced them and got a good 3-4" extra of lace at the top. Again, my feet were now tight within the shoe and my joint a little sore, but by the end of the workout there was no pain. Hopefully I won't have to readjust the laces again. But you can see from the pics, these shoes do show wear quickly with regular use. Whether this negatively affects your situation, I can't say. I'll update in another 6 week.

Aleksandra: Before buying new-gym shoes I have done a proper-proper research. I was looking for a pair with a great stability- I am lifting a lot and I always struggle with a slippery floor, but also tight hold and comfort- so my feet won't move inside shoe. This model ticks all the boxes! The sole of the shoe basically stick to the floor, like a glued one! Helps a lot to protect your feet and ankles during heavy lifting, but also for an intense GRIT session, where a lot of jumps and burpees is involved. Always give a safe landing. I feet are the 'wide feet' style, but these shoes fits perfectly! No problem even after intense training, when your feet are swallowing. Also, considering the dispatch from US, 2 weeks to UK was quite acceptable (for a great price comparing to home-market).

KFlowers: I'm working my way through this brand. I originally purchased the 7s in a size 6. They were great. A wide toolbox, good gripping soles and an awesome color. However, after about a year the shoe heels started digging into my heels if my socks were too low and the sole grips started to fray. Many complained about the issues with the 7s, so I decided to try the 8s and see if they are better. The color I chose is okay (price), and the price was good. My issue so far is that they seem to fit tighter than the 7s. Especially, in the toolbox and size overall. I feel like they are 5 ½, not 6s. I think I'll buy another pair of 7s and compare.

lauren: I am normally an 11 size shoe. I purchased an 11 and 10 (white with a gum sole) just in case they ran small. The size 11 was delivered in 2 days while the size 10 took an additional week. At first, the 11 fit fine so I decided to just wear them and return the 10 when they came in. After ONE workout the shoes were stretched so much that I had almost an extra half inch in the heel. Of course I can't return them now. I can wear them with thick socks, so they will work well for a winter shoe. But I will probably need to keep the 10 as well. I also have Metcons and feel much more stable in those, only because of the plastic sides, but the nano is a better basic WOD shoe. It's also crazy comfortable if you want to wear them all day. I have wide feet, but a normal-ish arch and these fit fine. I'll be returning the size 10, but only to buy it again in black!

Amazon Customer: While all the cool kids are wearing Nike Metcons, I detest them. I have a slim foot and they are way too wide for me. I also think they are too expensive.
So while Reebok's may no longer be the shoe of choice for the average CrossFitter, I love them. They are a good all-around shoe that I can wear in WODs and running.

Jelisa St.Peter: Bought these for CrossFit. Super comfy and durable so far. There are days I wonder if I should have gone up a half size though - but it never bothers me mid workout.
