Charlie Tew: One mom
One wife
And now one DIL who uses my 4yo grandson as a weapon. Will never see him again, because I tore the bandaid off 2022 Christmas when I saw how she used depression to her her way. Thanks for the verification of what I suspected all along Narcissism is real and it’s absolutely evil

JoLinda: I grew up whole of my life with narcissist mother. I just found out what narcissist really mean. After I read this book like wow, there is all answer that I’m want to know for so long time. I thought my mother is normal that way parents suppose to be. I meet lot of healthy adult who have healthy family and it really impact how I see my mother. This book really simple and phrase in order. I feeling this book is really important for you people who think your mother is as narcissist mother. This book explained how to escape from toxic family, healing yourself slowly, what type of narcissist family you have, and this book telling you truth. This is book really amazing and it fill my heart. I gave this book 5 stars for real! ❤️

AM: I’ve been working on my personal development for decades and this has topped it off perfectly. Really helpful, without creating more victim-hood. Onwards and upwards.

Alison: I’ve read them all. This one takes the best elements of the other books and just nails the essential parts of the message without pages of excess. Too many authors think they should start from the zero level of knowledge and walk extremely slowly - making obvious, simplistic, cliche points - toward the big hard stuff, only to spend a tiny bit of the chapter on the important lessons. Or their lessons are really banal and obvious. This author treats me like an intelligent adult. Thank you, Ms Foster.
The only piece missing is how to speak to flying monkeys so that they wake up to their delusions. The Mother Worship Fallacy you mention at the outset is ingrained and needs to be smacked out of many people’s consciousness lest they perpetuate the gaslighting and crazy-making of the narcissist.

Miss K L Parker: I read this book in a day, I couldn't put it down and it has helped me greatly to recently cut ties with my mother and as I know understand my enabling father. I'm also grateful for understanding my role as a life-long scapegoat and have gathered immense strength and clarity from it. Huge thanks to the author for ending my trauma and marking the start of recovery.

~Es.dotKay: This book blew.my mind! It exceeded my expectations! I just had a episode with my narcissistic mother and I wss emotionally all over the place. She accused me of stealing a cake pan that she gave me! Something simple to some, but for me it was a trigger to a loaded gun of flashbacks and the key to Pandora's box! Which is what and how I wss brought here. I was seeking help, solutions and I found it in this book! It was like the author knew me and my mother personally and studied us both and these were their findings! I want to gift this book to my mother and my siblings but..... My mother is still undiagnosed as of right now and.... My siblings were much younger than I an were at the stage where they are going along to get along seeings how they still reside with her, so like most get gave the "that's how she is mentality" and basically im overreacting! I would like counseling I'm not sure I could afford it. An I have trust issues. An all these other cptsd symptoms. So...... As of right now prayer an oil is my treatment! Thanks so much for this! I needed it! And through it all though I will say this type of mother made me reach out to HIM the one I couldn't see for rescuing no one...
