Jean Williams: I was looking for a bright light for hunting. I wish all these lights would come on at the same time, but that is not how it is designed. On bright, only the center light shines, but is is bright. Then it goes off and the side lights shine. I do like that you can turn off the hand wave feature. Lamp makers keep coming out with different gimmicks to out sell each other, but 90% of the users just want a simple bright light. These gimmicks are dangerous to hunters, or someone in a dangerous environment. So far, I like this light. I use it daily and it holds a charge for a long time.

pg2007: A good lamp. Low white beam is OK for walking dogs around the yard . High white beam useful if you need to throw light farther than about 10 feet. The two side light setting would light up a work area (e.g., a kitchen counter) well enough for an activity like cooking. Battery charge LEDs on in left side of the lamp (as you wear it) show one blue LED at the bottom (as you wear it) for a 25% charge, two for 50%, three for 75%, and four for 100%. While charging, the blue light of the range you're charging blinks.

I believe the USB battery charging socket on the lamp is a USB 2 Micro-B type, and NOT A USB 3 TYPE. This is important to know if you want to use a longer USB changing cable, like in your car or on your desk. It's taking me around two hours to go from two lights to four on my new unit it was apparently shipped to me half-charged).

The directions are printed in THE SMALLEST TYPFACE I HAVE EVER SEEN for info like this, so you may need a magnifying glass to read them. No shame in that---we all get older after a while!

once n a while: If you can get them for under $8-10 each, these are a nice deal for what you get.

Multi function lights that are just fine for a camping trip or around the house in a power outage.

There are two switches and I can’t tell a difference of what they do. Both turn on the light and cycle through the various settings. The red light setting takes 3-4 clicks to get through - wish this was first.

Has four small blue LEDs on the side to indicate charge level which is convenient.

Headband is wide and comfortable.

It includes small usb cords for charging.

Overall, I’m happy for what I paid as these will be used around the house and put into emergency gear for the rare use situation.

Mytribe1: The LHKNL Headlamp Flashlight is a reliable and powerful little choice for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers- new and old. I purchased these headlamps for a scouting trip and they worked great. The headlamp packs a punch when it comes to brightness. It has a few lighting options for a wide or direct beam making it ideal for nighttime hikes, camping, or even repairs that require some to "shine that over here". We haven't been able to test the real longevity of the lamp yet to see about charging but I will say that it has remained fully charged through two night hikes and my boys playing with it off an on for an hour with no real hit to the battery. I will say that wide band wasn't my favorite but, as someone with longer hair, I am not a fan of many bands. I'll also mention a reason for the 4-star rating is the casing is a little lighter and doesn't feel all that durable but I wouldn't think these would be for cave diving or anything. If the casing was a little more sturdy, I would rate it a 6 for sure. Great price and great functionality. In this set there are 2 rechargeable headlamps, 2 sets of instructions, & 2 charging cables. They come in INDIVIDUAL boxes that say HEADLAMP on them & each box is packed as a set (the headlamp, instructions, & charging cable). The boxes are nice looking enough that they could be used as gift giving, stocking stuffers, etc. They are a plain black with white writing on them.

They tell what is in the box, but you could cover it with black markers, stickers, decorative tape, etc. & still be able to use the box for gift giving.

This is our 2nd headlamp purchase, but our 1st rechargeable headlamp flashlights & they are PERFECT for our needs. Having to switch out batteries is a hassle; love the ease of plugging these headlamps into the chargers, & NOT having to bring extra batteries with.

The light itself can be ANGLED to allow for better lighting on whatever you are trying to see.

The charging capability is FABULOUS! It charges quickly & is ready for action again in no time. There are 4 BLUE INDICATOR lights on the side of the headlamp so there is NO guessing what...
