CBryant: I have always struggled with math so doing online Real Estate classes without a teacher in front of me to show examples has created a setback for me. YouTube videos have helped and this practice workbook has definitely helped me.

Gapa: This book is very thorough. I felt I had command of the math related real estate after I finished the book. The instruction in my Pre-Licensing math classes was grossly inadequate. So I had very little confidence in my knowledge base.
That said, it was a bit of overkill taking hours of time in less than 20 percent of the exam content. Learn all the definitions and the code and pass the test. Don't sweat the math.

foraminut: I'm a teacher and co-author of the textbooks used by Michigan people to prepare for the state real estate exams. I preach this book ! I believe that we've run it out of print more than once. I recommend it to every student who needs some practice with real estate math. The publisher should be paying me a commission by now :)
