Amazon Customer: This was a great book to really simplify the complicated process of apartment syndication. This book makes it seem very possible to get into apartment complex investing and the author is very supportive and seems to really hope you get i to it yourself. A must read!

Alexandru P.: This book has opened my eyes to yet another level of real estate investmen, and I am happy i bought it, i finished reading it in just 5 days with trying out the sections of finding a deal and finding the areas of interests. I have tested it on a property, send email to the CRE and i wrote in the correct langauge as book tought me, and replied back with counter numbers and at the end the CRE asked me what other deals could be of interest to me so she could search and send them to me, in the budget i stated i am looking for.
Recommending everybody to read this book.
