Melissa B: These were a gift to a young boy (10) who’s family is like family to us. He is working hard on his baseball career, and so we wanted to get him a pair of sunglasses for protection from both the sun and to have some protection to avoid an eye injury. He loved them, esp that they were the Rawlings brand, and his Mom said she thought he might sleep with them on that 1st night he was so happy w/them!

Eric: My daughter plays 12U travel softball. She previously had a pair of Rawlings sunglasses which broke when she loaned them to a teammate. Honestly, with kids, there is no point in breaking the bank. As long as the sunglasses are durable and protects the eyes at a decent price point, that is all I can ask. My daughter will readily admit that she isn't great about taking care of them, so why spend a fortune. They stay in her bat bag at all times and we are worried about them breaking. If they do, we will just buy another pair.
