Raw Generation 3-Day Lower-Sugar Juice Detox Cleanse

Nersel: I have been ordering raw generation juices for years now and never disappointed. Delivered frozen which is great because I put them in my freezer and take out 1 or 2 day.

T.: I purchased the 3-Day cleanse as a kick start to losing weight and beginning a healthy lifestyle. Juices arrived super frozen, so make sure to give them enough time to unfreeze. I didn’t need to drink all 6 juices/smoothies in one day, because I wasn’t hungry. I was able to extend this cleanse for 5 days and I’ve lost about 10 pounds. I highly recommend this product for those who need a little boost to change their lifestyle.

KMcC: I've done Squeezed (company) juices a TON. I loved them, but I always found myself dreaming of chewing, and food and waiting for my next juice. Call it mental, but I decided to try this one (the green - lower sugar) for 3 days and never felt hungry while using them. If anything, I supplemented with a few hardboiled egg whites one night. The protein shakes were thick, and I would recommend not keeping both of them for the end of the day. When I do this one again, I'll put one of the higher calorie protein shakes during lunch time, and the other at night. I didn't end up finishing all 6 juices either day, and I EAT. This one didn't have my light headed like others have either - I was able to work out on the second night with no issues.

I saved "day 3" for the following week because of family in town, and I love since they are frozen it's versatile enough to do that. They came frozen, well packaged and agree with EVERYONE else - you have to thaw on the counter for a little before putting back in the fridge.

I'm now ordering the "skinny cleanse" to see if I like that one as much (sometimes these juices have way too much sugar) - but I'm literally thinking about doing the...

Sara Keough: I enjoyed the taste (or at least didn’t hate it), and I think I lost 5lb though it was probably mostly water weight. The biggest issue I had was that the juice takes forever to thaw out. I would take it out of the freezer the day prior and by breakfast many would still be a solid piece of ice. Most of the time they were slushies instead of juices
