Amazon Customer: Product was received in good time, and appears to be of reasonable quality. But the sizes are not what was expected, and as a result; many may not be useful in my project.
Just to help others shopping on here: I was mislead by the answer to the first question. The ID of the inner grommet hole can be fairly important to know. But only after measuring what I received; could I confirm the sizes listed for these grommets actually refer to the diameter of the hole in metal which you want to fit to.
Sorry, but several similar products for sale on Amazon do have full dimensional diagrams.
