Slartibartfast: It's really a 3.5 stars, but I'm not aware of anything better for the money so 4 is fair enough. The blade doesn't stay sharp particularly long. Also there's oil on the blade left over from the manufacturing process that seems prudent to clean before using on drinking water hoses. It's what I use, but nothing to write home about.
