But when I went back and read the product and watched the video it did exactly as they told me it would do. It is pine based and no chemicals. Buyer be diligent in understanding the product you are buying, it is different than some other of the seemingly similar name brand products. These pellets are not bad or good. But they are exactly what they are advertised to be.

JODI: Product was good at what it’s meant to do with a sifter style litter box. I liked it, used it with the breeze system so had litter pad as well to catch anything that fell through and made for easy clean up. BUT!! My cats on the other hand did not like it, they hated the dust/how it breaks apart easily & got to the point of refusing to used the litter box after a few days. So I had to switch back to what I used before.

Amazon Customer: I use the Arm and Hammer sifting tray system which uses pine pellets. There are others out there similar as well. The issue with these when I first got it and I read reviews and wanted to change from regular litter was that people found it would be easier to put the sifting tray directly above the bottom box with something holding it up a few inches. This would allow the sawdust to fall into the bottom tray without having to attempt to separate the litter while holding the tray. I decided I'd try out the system first and see my own thoughts. I had to agree. While it smelled better than litter, I had sawdust issues now and some smells. I read a few ideas and tried a few tricks I thought of on my own. Mine didn't work, life got busy... and low and behold I saw this kit. I'm thinking, so many are complaining about these shifting boxes, this kit is exactly what it is for! I already used pee pads on the bottom anyway, just to catch anything that misses, I'll get some of those in there mix too! I decided to test one litter box first. The cats were iffy, so used the normal one. As the one lower to the ground became half sawdust and half pellets and the box next to it was only pellets the...

M. Granados: i like the value you get from this. one box equaled around 8 litter box refills for a typical breeze pellet system. the pellets smell like the home
depot lumber aisle which is nice but the scent can be easily overcome by the waste and urine. the pellets disintegrate with liquid so over time it goes to basically just sawdust. it’s annoying to have to sweep it up almost daily, but i found that it’s much more sanitary than the pellets. sometimes with the pellets the stool can smear across and the pellets don’t do anything to absorb or conceal it. the pellets do that much better.
i found that even still putting the pads underneath with the saw dust falling in, it still helped to absorb urine. but the cleanup and cleaning out of the boxes for fresh pellets is arduous. overall, i recommend them if you’re not trying to spend the money for the breeze pellets but if you want low maintenance litter, this won’t cut it

Chloe B.: Not like the normal pellet litter, literally turns into a powder/dust and gets alll over the house, it’s sticks to their paws and gets absolutely everywhere i’m constantly having to hoover and wipe down sides - avoid at all costs

Andrew WilsonAndrew Wilson: The litter came loose in a box but was advertised as coming in a bag. The box is useless for storage. Also, we ordered the small pellets as we have a filter litter tray but the pellets delivered were large. We are returning this product.

Amazon Customer: The cat litter is good quality. It arrives loose in a large box which is not easy to store as it needs to lay flat to access it. The cat litter box also arrives in another extra large box which is too much cardboard for my wheelie bin.
It is shown advertised in a bag so really annoyed that it came in an oversized box!

Erin: This litter is absorbent... but it immediately crumbles into dust once it's been used. This means you're constantly removing large amounts of the litter. I typically remove the solids anytime I see them (minimum of daily) and with recycled newspaper litter I change it completely weekly. With the pine you have to change it multiple times per week. This is the only litter I've ever used that my cat hated... hated so much he pooped next to the box on day 3.
