Paso Fino Lover: I use this product in place of one the veterinarian recommended for my dogs who had skin issues. It’s the exact same ingredients, is considerably less expensive and it doesn’t have that fishy smell like the previous product I had tried. The dogs don’t seem to mind it on their food and the cats are slightly interested in it depending on how they feel that day. They are cats, what can you expect?

K.: I always pump a half of squirt for my small 6 lb. pup. BUT, this bottle AND the last bottle I had was a problem. When you "pump", the seal LEAKS ALL OVER - down the sides, in my hand - just all over. I wash off the bottle,, clean out the pump and the entire area but it still leaks. The premise is good - meaning a half squirt for a dog his size BUT, the pump leaking all over is a major problem - even for my counters!

Mark: I started off giving it to my one dog for flakey skin and the other for balding on the head. Looks like it helped with both. They are not completely back to normal, but better. My real joy is I have to give one dog gabapentin in liquid form and I put it on his food cause he never refuses food. Then I see him taking pieces of the food and setting it by his bowl. When I put it back in his bowl he ate it. Now I put the gabapentin in an area of the food so I can see it and I put some fish oil on it and let it soak in a min. Then stir it up really good so all gets covered. He eats human food, so I’m able to stir it thoroughly.

M. Wilson: When my brother passed away, we took in his wonderful cat. She had been on a horrible diet overall, so we changed that right away. We knew that would help and it would take time, but she was also losing tons of hair due to the stress and her coat overall looked awful - very dry, lots of dandruff, and didn't feel nice to pet. We bought this and within a very short amount of time we noticed a shine to her coat. It's almost like she "lost the old yucky coat" and grew in a new glossy, smooth, shiny coat that we didn't even know was there. She scratched less and seemed to feel more at ease in her skin. It was nuts how quickly it seemed to happen

I have no idea what else it's helping in her body, I just know that it IS helping, so we continue to keep her on it even though she no longer technically has dandruff or coat issues. Her coat continues to look smooth, shiny and glossy with regular brushings, which is a necessity with cats.

She never had a problem with the taste, in fact, sometimes she won't eat her evening meal as well and I'm convinced it's because it doesn't have this dose on it like her morning meal does. If you're on the fence, I say try it. They have a money...

Brent: I'll start by saying, it works! After just two weeks there is a noticeable improvement to all 5 of my cats fur. Softer, thicker, there is a shine, almost a glow. I see less dandruff, and itching. I don't think they've been on it long enough for me to notice any joint or mobility improvements with my 16 year-old cat but will update as she has it longer.

That being said - at first this product caused havoc with my cats.
Putting it only on dry food and mixing it around caused 3 of my cats to stop eating. They saw what was happening as a food shortage and started acting out. It's got to be mixed into soft food/treats so it's not noticeable. So when they get their soft food dinner I'm slipping it in. It's like getting kids to eat veggies.

Only one of my cats loves it, will ask for some when the fridge door is open and will have it out of a spoon. I'm going to keep them on the product but I'm not crazy about them not having it knowingly. Cats are fickle little beings though so I'm not that surprised.

Overall worth having in allergy months at least.
