Franco M.: Leve abbastanza robuste dotate di una sporgenza che guida ottimamente lo scorrimento sul cerchio agevolando l'estrazione del pneumatico. Tale sporgenza però impedisce lo scivolamento del pneumatico in fase di inserimento. Pertanto queste leve non posso usarle da sole per forature d'emergenza durante il ciclismo ma solo in garage, in coppia con altre leve per l'inserimento del pneumatico e/o camera d'aria.
PS: Non capisco il motivo per il quale il costruttore non ne raccomanda l'uso per Mountain-bike ed il colore del prodotto non è argento (grigio brillante) ma grigio chiaro pallido.

Florida Lily: Coming from old school bicycle repair (as in, this screwdriver should work) and remembering inadvertent punctures in the process, I decided to try this product. It gets the job done with minimal work and is safer for the bike tires. I was especially impressed with the hook that holds one tool in position while you work your way around the tire. I have only used them once so far. They worked well and seem sturdy enough to continue working well. This set is a keeper.

electonics hobbyist: It has been years since I changed a bike tire and all my original tools have been lost. Basically these work well for putting 27 inch 1 1/4 tires on and off a rim. I used all 3 to guide the bead of the tire on the rim. There are no sharp edges to puncture the tube and they are sturdy enough to push the bead on the rim.
I picked a light color so I can find them easier.
I can't comment wether they are a good value since I don't own any other ones.

Thomas Lindsey: If there's one thing that I don't like, it's trying to fix mechanical things. Mostly because I really suck at it. I end up getting frustrated and losing my mind. I was giving my son a bike that I maintained extremely well over the last four or five years, and in doing so I had to get some new tires. In lieu of me taking it to a bike shop and getting bent over the barrel, I decided to do it alone as it's seriously an easy task.

The cool thing is that when the item arrived, they actually sent instructions on what to do. It made a lot of sense, as I would not have even thought to use more than one of these items at once to get the job done. What I thought would be an hour long struggle with trying to get a tire on and off a rim took about 10 minutes at most per rim. I threw this item into my bag that I have attached under the seat so that it can be close to me when needed. Great product, very durable, and extremely reliable. Well worth the price.

BaumgartnerBaumgartner: Nachdem ich Jahrzehnte lang - bis auf eine Ausnahme bei einem 20-Zoll-Reifen - gut mit meinen Discounter-Reifenhebern zurecht gekommen bin, bereitete mir ein 26-Zoll Schwalbe Mountainbike-Reifen massive Probleme bei der Montage. Der Stahl-Seelen-Mantel ist extrem eng geschnitten. Unter großen Anstrengungen - und damit verbunden leider auch Beschädigung des Schlauches - gelang mir mit meinen Discounter-Hebeln zwar die Montage, jedoch nicht mehr die anschließenden Demontage.

Am Rande: Nicht so gut wie die Heber kommen bei mir die Mäntel von Schwalbe weg: soviel Ärger hatte ich bei der Fahrradreifenmontage in 50 Jahren nicht und ob es unter Nicht-Werkstattbedingungen unterwegs klappt muss sich erst noch zeigen.
Ich kaufte 3 Satz hochwertige Reifenheber: FunFitness, Michelin und Schwalbe. Mit diesen Hebern gelang mir dann die Montage, wobei sich vor allem die FunFitness von den anderen beiden unterscheiden: sie sind wesentlich massiver gebaut und lassen damit eine sehr hohe Hebelkraft zu, sind aber bedingt durch die dickere Spitze schlechter unter den montierten Mantel zu bringen. Michelin und Schwalbe sind etwa gleich stabil und geformt, wobei ich eine leichte...
