Ren Ren: I feel like these toe spacers do an excellent job. They stay in position really well thanks to the elastic strip that you slip over your second toe, they're firm and keep my big toe quite straight, but still have a little give to make sure everything's comfortable when wearing shoes. This is the second pack I've purchased and they last a good long time before you need to change one out. I'm very happy with them.

KMC: I like the thickness, longer length and stability of these. However the wrap part is extremely tight around my big toe. I've been wearing them for about four hours and my toes started getting tingly and numb after the first hour, although not bad enough to have to remove them yet. I'll keep them but I'm going to try to stretch them or something

Amazon Customer: I have a very long big toe. At 3.7 cm, the large ones are not long enough for my toe so that the tip of the toes still touch.

A. Quint: I’ve used this and another brand of same construction. I favor these because the gel is slightly thicker and they seem to hold up better. As far as the most frequent criticism, the tight fit, that is easily remedied by simply pulling on them to stretch them before wearing the first time. It’s so easy to do that the first time I did it I stretched it too much. The other criticism is the width of the stretchy band, which I agree is wider than it needs to be. Again, an easy fix. I take a small, sharp scissor and beginning directly past the end of the gel portion simply cut all the way around. I start by taking just a little from both ends and remove additional amounts until they’re comfortable.

Rob: The toe sleeve on these is very narrow. However I was able to stretch them out a bit prior to wearing. They work fine with the sleeve on, however long days on my feet the sleeve can get a little irritating. After wearing daily for a few weeks the sleeve began to fray, so I peeled the gel part away from the sleeve and used only the separator. So much better!! It stays in place nicely and doesn't irritate my toes. The thickness of the separator does take a little getting used to but work great. So in the end I use them sans the sleeve and they work great, for me.
