There is gaps around the front where the seat isn’t flat I guess but doesn’t make it wobble when in use thankfully. Easy to take on and off. The bracket fixings can be adjusted very easily but to much adjustment and I think it would snap quickly so better for use on one toilet.

Amazon customerAmazon customer: Inner dimensions of our rectangular toilet seat is 29 x 22 cm. It was nightmare to get a child seat to fit. This is amazingly sturdy (even when the studs don't extend to reach the sides completely - I think there is ca. 0.5cm gap) as it has good anti-slip sides. It doesn't wobble so my son finally left his potty. It's one piece so it's very easy to clean. And we can take it with us on travel to fit other toilets too. I'm very happy with this product.

Ruhana: Really good product. However, the clasp that you can adjust to fit the toilet seat to any toilet aparently doen't fit to the edge of the adult toilet, so the toilet seat can still move about. There are small gap on all sides so plenty of room for the seat to move about and become a hazard for my toddler. I've had to on many occassions bring the seat forward whilst he was sat on it. The grip is strong and my son has become very confident in sitting down on the toilet by himself. This seat site better on a oval/U shape toilet than my own which is rectangle/square shape. I personally don't think the range of toilets seats are made to fit on rectangle/square shape toilet seats. Its a shame as toilets have upgraded and so should toilet trainer seats.

Nashville TNNashville TN: I actually bought this as part of our potty training system for our 3 year old along with the Summer Infant Little Looster Potty Training Stepstool and the Carex Health Brands Toilet Support Rail. The toilet seats in our house are kind of high and my son was having a difficult time transitioning from a stand alone potty to and actual toilet until I put together all 3 to make our 'super big boy potty' contraption. He took to it right away. We have Oval toilet seats and I was nervous about buying a potty seat that may not fit securely on the toilet seat. This did the job! I have to omit one star though because after 10 months one of the securing pegs came off right into the toilet and we could not figure out how to get it back on securely without it falling back in the toilet and us having to fish it out. We still use the seat because my son is use to it now, but it slides a bunch now and it not as secure as it was initially.

USMCwife: We bought the floor potty seat from Pourty when our daughter was 10 months old and wanted to stick with the same design so she would be comfortable. It was a very easy transition to the pourty toilet seat. After her using 3 different brands of potty seats, this is my favorite! It is SO secure. On the underside you slide plastic pieces to create a snug fit to the potty seat. We have both round and elongated seats in our house so I have this adjusted to the round seat. It can still be used on the elongated seat but doesn't secure the same since I don't want to move the plastic pieces again. However, the bottom of the toilet seat is molded with a nonskid rubber material so it doesn't slide around anyway. The gap in the back helps with wiping. The splash guard helps prevent messes. It wipes up easy. I wanted one without a vinyl cushion (to avoid cracking and mold issues) and without handles (to avoid tipping from uneven weight distribution). This seat is worth the price and you won't be disappointed!

OneHappyMom: We've gradually been working our way into potty training land and realized that our son has no interest in a potty chair. Thus, my search began for a training seat. The first one I bought was too small and when my son sat on it, he flipped right off onto the floor. The second seat we tried was padded to the point that it raised him 3 inches off of the toilet and his feet couldn't touch the stool. Again, he was unstable and couldn't relax. I bought the Pourty seat based on the fact that it's adjustable, and has a rubber ring around the base to prevent sliding. Thanks to Amazon's amazing Prime service, it was at my door within 2 days of ordering. Right away I loved that it doesn't have a high profile, so your toddler will be at roughly the same height as the toilet. Secondly, it has a nice, wide shape that covers a good amount of the toilet seat. The adjustable pieces that attach to the bottom are easy to attach and move to fit your toilet. Put the seat on the lid, hold it in place and lift the lid so you can see how far out you need to move the adjustable tabs. Too tight, and the back of the training seat won't lay flat. Too loose, and it'll move if you try to wiggle it. If the...

Paul S. Remington: My wife and I looked around at all kinds of little toilets and toilet helpers for our little toddler. He's 2-1/2-and-change and is about ready for potty training. Being our only child, this is new territory for us. We looked at all kinds of toddler toilets and toilet seats, some expensive and some cheap. Our first thought was, the more expensive, the better. We assumed the adage "you get what you pay for" would apply here. For us, it didn't--not at all!
I'm glad I did my homework. We almost purchased a much more expensive potty for him. We decided not to get a toddler toilet mainly because it's rather disgusting having to empty it out and clean. Also, our bathroom is small and there's a space issue with where to put his toilet. Instead, I set aside a few evenings to research on Amazon tons of potty options for him. I read probably hundreds of user reviews and finally settled on this seat. I showed it to my wife and we discussed it together. The reviews were very good and it appeared the product would fit our situation really well.
With our child, he's been interested in the toilet for a while. He goes in and likes to flush it incessantly. If we don't keep an eye on...

moominfilly: My two year old is really tiny, and she feels very happy on this seat which fits really well on our toilet. It is easy to move the parts to make the seat fit, and there is no wobble at all. It is also really quick and easy to take it on and off the toilet seat so adults can use the loo, and light enough for my daughter to put it on herself. The seat supports her really well and she doesn't need to be held by anyone else whilst sitting on the pourty.
We have the Tommee Tippitoes mini toilet, where you can put the seat onto a normal toilet, but my daughter doesn't like it as it moves around all over the place is not secure at all.
Someone mentioned in another review that they were unhappy as it did not fit their rectangular toilet, on the pourty website they actually state that it does not fit well on rectangular toilets so do bear that in mind when purchasing.
So good I have just ordered another one for the downstairs loo!

Nadine H.: I was a bit sceptical since this is much more expensive than his first toilet training seat, but it's worth every penny. His old one used to slide about and wasn't very stable, this one stays put and he can get it on the toilet himself. It's made him want to use the toilet more too!
