Shalo J: I loved this for the puppies but needs to be washed a lot. Gotta keep up with it or it smells! Other wise perfect for potty training

Jovy: Our dog took to it after a few days, but holy, does it stink! We wash it every day and sometimes even twice a day but still stinks of pee! It made our hallway, where the pad is, smell like the men’s room!

Dy: Small & easy to relocate, clean & store.

Jen: I really wanted this to work, because my puppy goes on pee pads on our concrete balcony. Unfortunately he just thought it was another toy to play with. The grass pad slides out so easily that he would just pull on it with his teeth and drag it around the balcony. 😞

Jacquelyn Z: The concept is great but the top turf is too easy to come off and make a mess. my puppy used this handful of times and we decide to go back with pee pad

Todd MariothTodd Marioth: I got this product today and already my 2 month old English Bulldog puppy has already went potty on it twice..yayyy! I didn’t even have to show her where it was at she found it all on her own and went all by herself. This is definitely a life saver for me. No more dealing with accidents, hopefully 🤞🏼. So far she hasn’t all day and has went on the fake grass instead of my carpet. Having a puppy isn’t easy and takes a lot of patience so having this product is definitely going to help matters. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having issues with their pet around the house. This product makes them think it’s the grass outside and they go on it right away I promise you, you won’t regret buying this product.

Sukhmanpreet Dhindsa: UPDATED Review:

Alright, so I threw it out. The weather warmed up and it smelled HORRIBLE. I cleaned it out but there was no saving it. The smell was SO SO SO SO SO SO SO bad. I can still sometimes smell it if I think about it. But, it is my own fault for not cleaning it regularly but also, so gross to clean it. The tray was easy to clean but the grass, just so smelly.

It did the job and I'm glad I bought it and for $50 odd dollars, it was worth every penny in the winter month for my condo balcony.

Not as bad quality as some reviews state. Exactly as advertised. Although, it was a bit smaller than I expected even knowing the size! Wish it came in a larger size than offered for a medium-sized puppy. He's going to grow out of it before he is fully potty-trained which is unfortunate!

I use it outside on my balcony and I thought it was pretty light and might fly off on a windy day but it is still on my balcony. It is pretty light so i would not be surprised if it flies off one day.

I put a pee pad in between the grass and the plastic tray as some people recommended in these reviews. Haven't needed to clean it out in the week I've had...

Vanessa: This is my second brand of pad I have used. We were happy with our old ones but she was getting bigger, so we got one of these.

There was a little grass coming off but my dog is old enough to not play with this anymore, so that’s all ok. But the biggest issue I have is that pee does not drain well. Most stays in the grass so when my dog uses it, her paws track so much pee everywhere. So much. I even put a paper pad underneath it and taco it to poor out the excess pee, but I can’t do that every single time and doesn’t seem to help much. I will go back to my old pads or cut holes in this turf to help drain.

Edit: I added one more star. I went back to my old pad and had a similar problem with the wet paws. Not as pad as this one, but it could be all pads. I think I didn't notice it before with the old pad because we used to have the fan on all spring and summer because she linked the wind in her face. When it got to winter though (this is our first winter with her), we turned it off. I think the fan is actually what kept it dry, so this is something to try to keep it dry as well.

A.W.: I ordered this about 2.5 weeks ago. My dogs did take some time to start using it but I had puppy pads down and after they used one I would rub it on the grass and they caught on fast. Like other reviewers I’ve opted to use puppy pads beneath the grass layer to make clean up easier. My youngest dog is a puppy and did initially try to chew up the grass once she realized it was not stuck down but after saying no firmly a few times she stopped and has gotten over the newness of it and hasn’t chewed it since the first day or two. Now I will say after two weeks of use I walked into my kitchen this morning and almost died from the smell. Unlike other reviewers I did not have a problem cleaning the smell out. What I chose to do was take the grass out and lay it in the bottom of my shower. I turned the shower on cold and let it run on the furthest part of the grass so the water would run through the whole thing then into the drain. I left it like that for maybe 10-15 min with the water running. No cleaning products and now there is no scent. The grass is currently drying. During the last two weeks I have been spraying it with diluted vinegar to keep it from stinking up the house and...

Arc: I'm honestly shocked this worked. I live on the top floor and my little guy (a Pomchi) has a hard time waiting in the morning. And with cold winter weather he often won't go. He's about 4 months now but I tried the actual grass that's delivered every couple of weeks when he was 2 months and it was hit and miss for him. However he loved going on the snag area rug (which he ruined) and the similarly textured bathroom mats (also ruined). I resolved to try the actual grass again but while throwing the rug away thought perhaps he would prefer the artificial grass since he loved going on the rug. This unit Is the same price as the actual grass (which is just a piece of overpriced sod) This (with replacement grass) will cost under $100 per year and the real stuff would be $500 to $800 a year, and considering the amount of stuff he's ruined I prayed this would work.
At first he played on it but got the hang really quickly after I put some of his urine on it and a couple of pieces of stool. Within a week there were no more accidents!
If I had a dog larger than this I don't know if I would want this in my living space but he's so tiny I put it in a conspicuous corner in the bathroom...
