Steve: I've been using the Polk Magnify Mini for about 6 years. The sound is great for such a small package. The bass is great.

I do have a couple of gripes:
-Soundbar turns off after a few minutes of inactivity, like if you pause a movie for a few minutes. Use the remote to turn it back on. This is when connected by ARC. Not sure what happens if you use optical.
-It's hard to update the firmware and I can't seem to figure out what the latest firmware is.

Jason B: Bought this in January as an addition to my QLED TV. Sound quality is ok but my TV speakers sound just as good. It just has a little more bass and play slightly louder than my TV.

The most annoying thing is the power save mode on this speaker and it makes me truly dislike this product. If you let your TV sit more than 15 minutes without anything playing this speaker goes into sleep mode. It makes you hit the input button on the remote in order to turn the speakers back on. Although the TV remote can be programmed to change the volume on the speaker. I still have to whip out the speaker remote and hit this input every times. I found this out by contacting customer service several times after nearly 6 months of contacting them through various methods.

They have a contact feature on their website to contact customer support but when you do that they respond nearly a week later instructing you to make a physical call to customer service. After waiting for an hour and a half I still couldn't reach anyone. After the 3rd attempt online I finally got a response explaining the power save mode.

The speaker is flawed and their customer service is poor....
