KTKT: I bought mine in 2013 use it twice a day, EVERYDAY, 365 days a year to clean up horse poop. I have a no turd left behind rule!!! Spring summer and fall it is going through sand pens and arena. In winter on snow and ice. The feet broke after 1 year. Had to have them welded and reinforced for stability.. the front of the tub has cracked towards the top. I am now buying my 3rd set of wheels and tires from amazon. Because of the daily use I wear them out the side wall where it meets the tread splits open. Over all I do love it! Holds a LOT of horse poop. LOVE the one handle for opening gates and it is very stable when full! Have yet to tip it over! My only wish is they would make the feet stronger! Tires easier to find! Tires that would last longer. Live in northern states so our temperatures go from 80-90 in the summer to 30 to minus 30 in the winters. So over all has been a pretty good cart!! With the new wheels and tires should be good to go!! I would definitely recommend it! Just know you may have to have the feet welded, but if you know someone it really wasn’t a big deal. And you also will eventually have to replace the tires..but I see it as just maintenance like a vehicle....

Doug R.Doug R.: I purchased one of the yard-carts in June 2020 only to have it blow a tire the second time I used it. Quite simply the tire blew out under modest load. Thinking this failure was a fluke, I returned it to Amazon. A replacement arrived in July 2020 and like the previous one, a tire blew the third time I used it. This is clearly a manufacturing defect as evidenced by my experience and others who submitted a review. I should not have dismissed their earlier reviews. No matter, the real problem is the beads on the tire are not robust enough to handle even modest loads. Frustratingly the cart can not be returned to Amazon. I could spend $100 dollars for replacement tires. Better still, junk this one and buy a new yard cart from another supplier.

Keith W.: Assembly was a bit tricky as you have to make sure ALL connections are very very loose.
I was down to the very last screw and could not get it set in the hole.... I am very good with tools and this was frustrating. I managed to complete the assembly.
Topped up tire to 42 PSI as per instructions. not a hot day.
Five minutes after inflating HUGE bang! Tube blew out at the seams of the tube, making that a patch would not work. Spent another hour plus on the internet to locate proper tube dimensions FRUSTRATING! Ended up ordering x2 more tubes via Amazon. As to take apart cart and go through the BS! Forked out anther $40 bucks and bought another extra tube as I can see this happening again. As far as I am concerned I am owed for the faulty tubes that was sent originally! Also missing large washer for the tire which goes on each side of tire when installed to axle. I managed to find something compatible at hardware store. The other tube blew out a few days later. The replacement tubes I bought seem to be a better quality than what came with the cart. For the price of this cart one would think better quality of the tubes.

S.J.D.: I have to say, the instructions where not very helpful. There where different screw lengths that where not labeled or numbered in the instruction manual, so I had to make educated guesses that I had the correct ones hoping I wouldn’t have to go back and dis assemble the unit if I had it wrong. Also, the handle bars I had where not bent correctly and I had to put certain pieces in a vice and bend them to make them fit together for the handle assembly. I’ve had it outside my home for about 2 months in Los Angels with almost no rain and the hand rail is showing paint wear and rust already. It really seems like the weak spot of the design. The actual body is amazing and rugged and looks like it will last a lifetime. The polars maneuvering is on point. If I had to do it all over again, I would pass on this unit because of the flimsy handlebar design...

Pansy FlowersPansy Flowers: This is a nice cart and much easier to use than my wheel barrow. I am over 70 years old and I just can't move stuff the way I could when I was younger. I like the weight, capacity, and wheel base. Unfortunately; on my third use, one of the tires was completely deflated and came off the rim. I got the tire back on the rim and attempted to re-inflate it but the tube would not hold air. I took the tire back off the rim and found that the tube had literally blown (see photo). The tire was not over inflated. I used a hand pump and eased it up to the 50 psi noted on the wheel. I will replace the tube because it would be SO much trouble to take the cart apart and return it. I am going to get an extra tube in anticipation of the other tire experiencing the same fate. UPDATE I was finally able to find a tube for this tire. When I couldn't find anything on my first try, I contacted Clam Corporation. After they verified my purchase and found the cart under warranty, they are sending me a new wheel assembly (tube, tire, and rim). The company was VERY responsive and I appreciate that. This experience with the blown tube has kind of dampened my enthusiasm about this product. Anyone who has ever...

Pat: Received this yesterday, assembled it in the evening. That took about 45 minutes (had to round up a helper to install the 4 bolts through the bottom of the tray through the separate axel and support bar). All parts were present (including washers!), nothing was missing, and the only thing left over in the box was a self stick logo (obviously optional :-). No factory holes were out of place that I noticed. Even the tires were properly inflated and holding air.
From prior reviews, I conclude that either 1. Polar Trailer has greatly improved their quality control and instructions, or 2. I got lucky, or 3. My handyman skills easily dealt with what may have been obstacles to others, or 4. Perhaps some of each.
One tip at the beginning of the instructions I think is very important - do not tighten any screws or bolts until after the entire wheelbarrow is assembled, which I took to heart. This I think helped especially when attaching the two bent pipes which form the handles and legs. I think without the slack provided by loose bolts elsewhere it would have been difficult to get the upper bolts installed through the tub, these pipes, and the auxiliary plastic support blocks. As it...
