Sandy EdwardsSandy Edwards: High quality look and feel. Zero oder. Other reviews complained about a strong smell. These have zero smell. They’re huge for baby food. I bought them to freeze my breakfast bowls in. On Sunday I cook a batch of OG Joe’s scramble or something similar and freeze it for my breakfast each morning. The problem is the containers I bought at first are breaking. So I’m hunting for something new. This might work but there are only four 6oz containers. I normally make 5-6 breakfast bowls. These also might work for keeping my portions more reasonable. My other bowls were too big. I tended to overfill them just because visually a good serving looked too small in the bigger bowl. I’m still on the fence. These are wicked expensive. So they really need to fit the bill if I’m going to keep them.

Update: I gave in to the athsteics and used two of these today. I’m hooked! I love them to divide my stainless steel leakproof container that I can and do literally toss into my backpack. The 6oz size was perfect for leftover chipotle rice bowl in one and leftover beef stew in the other. Breakfast and lunch. One stainless steel lunchbox. Two Meals.

Maggie: These are easy to open/close and seem very well made. They did, however, have a very strong chemical odor when I received them. Don't bother with the sugar/water suggestion for odor removal that comes with the product; it's doesn't work. I tried soap & water, boiling water, white vinegar, baking soda, sunshine, and got nowhere. Then I went online and found the solution. Separate the container parts, place them on a cookie sheet, and bake them at 250 degrees for one hour. It worked! I'm very happy with these little silicone containers now that the smell is gone. I use them to store dog treats at various locations around the house.

Christie: This are great containers — sturdy, easy to clean and have been leak proof so far. My only complaint is that any stickers or labels I try to put on them will not stick. I have to label them for daycare with name, date and contents and I have yet to find anything that will actually stick. Besides that they are excellent little containers.
