Amazon Customer: Used for delivery to my apartment after shopping at Tom Thumb. Somewhat heavy, and I don't like the folding aspect, as it is difficult to do so.

Stingy Brim: Pros: Great value. Mostly pre-assembled. Smooth handling on all 4 wheels on smooth surfaces. Be prepared to drag or push the cart tilted on the back wheels for bumpy surfaces. Either way, great balance and handling. Convenient capacity for single person shopping and laundry. I had my doubts about the sturdiness of the basket wire construction - but so far no complaints.
Cons: The wheel assembly could be a challenge for inexperienced assemblers. The cart seems to stand on its own in the folded position in the ad. Actually, the folded cart rolls away and falls flat if left in the standing position or even when leaned against the wall. this makes convenient storage more of an issue. otherwise I would have given the cart 5 stars.
