Craig: I've replaced factory systems before, but this is by far the best ever. I've often had problems with reduce radio reception and sound. This system is top notch. I would put it in any level of luxury or sports vehicle. My only complaint is that it lacks a face panel mute button. (UPDATE) I read the directions and learned the mute is accomplished by holding down the main menu button. The sound and display adjustments are minimal, but from my perception, why give an option to change perfection?

Christian Huard: This is actually the second option I tried to replace my factory head unit in my car. The first one (not from Pioneer) wouldn't charge my phone properly, had poor sound quality and I couldn't retain the factory USB port.
This one works like a charm. It does charge my phone correctly, the sound quality is nice for its price and I could retain all the factory options with the proper adapter I already got. It even got my factory rear view camera right from the start, without having to mess with the settings.

Kayla Mae FernandezKayla Mae Fernandez: Bought to replace stock radio to my 2002 highlander, it turns on and shows a white screen with some colours. Very rarely works properly (probably 1 in 20 drives). I’ve tried every single troubleshooting option and none has worked. I spoke with pioneer support and they said it will need to be sent in and serviced, and that someone will contact me for more information- its been 3 weeks since our last email (haven't heard back at all, sent a follow up email each week, they replied quite quickly when i initially emailed) and their phone support does not work.
Ive heard that this has happened to many people, and i’m overall very disappointed.

Will be returning this product which is such a shame since I have wasted time on installing this and money for buying a compatible wiring harness (which i now cant return since its been adjusted to fit this screen/ my car).

Would recommend saving up and buying a better one. I’ve heard from others that this is a reoccurring issue from the manufacturer’s end post covid.

Maxwell MallonMaxwell Mallon: Built in amp, provides sufficient power to all 4 6.5 and 5.25 coaxial speakers. Bluetooth and car play work as intended. No issues. Much better than the oem radio.

Kawaii_Impreza: I was initially worried that it wouldn’t fit my Impreza, but it actually fits with a bit of room (i’ll need a bezel, but no big deal). Cables for input and output, steering wheel control, Sirius XM, mic, aux, remote control, parking brake connection, and even for backup camera are included. This seems like a very good budget option for a head unit, and i’m excited to try it out.

DEENADEENA: - For Android Auto or Apple carplay, your phone needs to be plugged to the USB portdoesnt work wireless)- This is applicable for all models
- This point is for my car model (Nissan Rogue SV 2013).The phone/call button on steering which is used to pick calls doesnt work but the screen can be used to attend or decline calls and so this is not a big deal. The steering button option that I used to forward or rewind songs is not working and I will have to use the screen again.
- On the positive side, I'm loving the colorful screen and various audio options which makes the listening experience great. The value for money is good.
- The trick is also to find the right person for installation (if you cannot install on your own)..The parts might cost around 150 USD and installation cost is subjective and will vary.
