The Manual, and Internet, gave no detailed info on how to install the label cartridge. Also, there is no troubleshooting help anywhere for the Print Master. It looks like there is less black ink tape than there is white label tape. It's crazy how the black tape comes out also and needs to be thrown away. It's difficult and time-consuming to remove the backing from the labels... so not efficient! I returned it prompto.
