Almostgem: Prepared Blackened Mahi-mahi on the grill last night. Had temp set to 450 F on my pellet smoker.
The mat didn't melt, and when the fish was 145F internal, pulled it from the mat with no stickling whatsoever. Easy to use, Easy to clean, and a win for the grill !

BA Logan: I wasn't sure if these would stand up to the hype, but so far, so good. After using on my gas grill at varying temperatures, they have performed fine with vegetables, fish and steak. When cooking salmon, I positioned the fish on the upper half of the mat. With a set of tongs, I grabbed the mat and carefully flipped the salmon over onto the lower half of the mat without destroying the fish. Pretty simple and a lot easier to clean up than a grill basket. After scrubbing a little to get the big chunks off, I just but them in the dishwasher and they cleaned right up.

Karla Jo: I bought these, based on the good reviews. They are well-made and sturdy. 2 of them covered my small grill surface completely. ***The directions say, no hotter than 500 degrees, and they mean it!*** I had closed the lid for a bit too long, and the temp did rise a bit above 500, and the binding on the edge of one of the mats lifted, and part of the mat was slightly "burned." I grilled hamburgers on one side, and asparagus on the other. These were great because nothing stuck to them, and there was no way that anything would fall through to the grates below. Both burgers and asparagus cooked evenly and easily. Cleaning the mats up afterwards was a simple thing, using some hot, soapy water. I am forever transformed! I usually detest grilling, for the mess, for the food falling through the grate, and for the clean up. These mats hit all 3.
