So I’m only a few days into using these. I’ll tell you right off hand, as someone who works night shift at a hospital, these things really help with keeping my energy up. I can also take them before a workout.
All these people are thinking that taking these pills will magically make you lose weight-that’s not the way it works. And it’s not healthy. They help give your metabolism a boost and give you enough energy to keep going and t the o get you through your workout. So far I’m very pleased with them.
