PGW: My husband and II loved the toy. Unfortunately our cat did not share our enthusiasm. Being a cat she is very picky about everything. We're going to pass the toy on to a friend who hopefully will have better luck.

Clbark: The media could not be loaded.  A friend of mine bought a different one and this one was far nicer. It is larger and puffier. My cats were interested in it for a bit, but then not so much. I’ll put it away and bring it back out occasionally. Be warned if you leave it turned on at night and you have wood floors, it will make quite a loud sound hitting the floors if your cat decides it’s interesting at 3:00 am. I like that it is USB charged. This is easier for me than batteries.

B.73: Ho acquistato due di questi pesciolini, uno per il mio gatto, l'altro per il gatto di una mia amica. Arrivato in un giorno, il pescetto è facile da montare e, al tocco, la codina si muove. IL gatto della mia amica ha apprezzato tantissimo, è diventato il suo gioco preferito, gli fa gli agguati e lo mordicchia ovunque, e fa la lotta con la coda. il mio...lo annusa e scappa a due kilometri anche se è spento. Non mi posso esprimere sulla durata della batteria , anche se, da quando è stato acquistato, la mia amica non lo ha ancora ricaricato. Il mio giace lì, intonso, sperando che al mio gatto si risvegli l'atavico istinto di caccia.... Merita 5 stelle perchè non è il pesce ad essere difettato ma è il mio gatto che è fifone. Mi sento di consigliarlo.

Panthor75: I have to rate this on quality, because my cat hated it, lol. He was terrified of it the moment the started flapping, and wouldn't go near it again, catnip or not. But, that isn't the manufacture's fault. Some cats are super brave and pounce on anything, while others are only brave when it comes to toes and string toys.
Going on quality, I'm giving this 4 stars.
It was well made and looked like it would take a lot of play time to damage it. The mechanics worked well, and it was easy to charge. Even the catnip seemed very good.
My only problem was that it tended to be pretty noisy. I don't know if this contributed or not to my cat not liking it - it's possible, but again some cats are brave and some aren't, and mine mostly attacks feet. I would have liked the tail movements to be quieter, so if he had liked it he'd be able to play with it at night without bothering me.
But overall it seemed well worth the money, and I would have gotten another if my furball had taken to it instead of run the other way. He might have liked it better if instead of a fish it were in the shape of a foot with floppy toes, but that would creep me out too much.

Chris Boortz: I ordered this toy for my sister's cat, but had to try it out with my dogs first. (Note that I have small dogs, so they couldn't do much damage!). There is a zipper on the belly of the fish that allows access for charging it and for turning it on. The zipper was a bit tight at first, but is getting easier as I have now opened and closed it multiple times. When I turned it on I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came already charged. I was able to try it with my dogs right away. The fish tail flops around for awhile, then stops. That's when my curious dogs moved toward the toy. Right when they got to it, the fish tail started flopping again. The dogs jumped back about three feet! And so it continued with the fish alternately slopping and being still, the dogs approaching with curiosity then dart back again. They were very intrigued! After playing with the fish for a few days it was still charged. But I plugged in the provided USB-C charger just to make sure it worked. A red light came on to let me know it was charging. I'm very pleased with this toy...my sister's cat may not get it after all!

Hunter: The media could not be loaded.  First of all, it's important to note that cats have two different types of play:
-Playing by chasing around small objects (practice for hunting)
-Playing by wrestling with other cats (practice for fighting)

Most toys focus on hunting play, but I have a three-legged cat who never gets his wrestling fix. Every evening, his routine is to camp out on my bed and try to wrestle with anything that gets close to him: me, laundry I'm trying to fold, etc. As such, I was interested in a toy that could "fight back" to some degree, and between the catnip and the movement, he seems to have fun with it. As with all things cat-related, your mileage may vary, and I expect he'll get bored with it if I bring it out too often, but at least it helps him get a little bit of a wrestling fix!

Lyssa: I needed something to keep my new "co-workers" busy lol One of my cats is a senior now, and I have noticed she really does not show an interest in toys as much as she used to- this has kept her playing though! I charged this when it first came, and it has been two weeks. The battery must be pretty good quality because it is still going off in the middle of the night when my cats "find" it. The fabric is soft, the colors bright, cat nip inside... they really seem to enjoy it. I am giving 4 stars since the mechanical part is so loud, my cats are used to it now, but it is a little jarring at first. If you have a skittish kitten, just take into consideration it is a little loud.
