Lynn: I am overweight and have roles of excess fat on my body. I am only writing this to help someone else suffering from sores caused by the accumulation of fat. Penaten is an old product that I used to use for my children's diaper rashes. This worked wonders on them so I decided to give it a try. I am pleased to say that it has worked wonders for me.

Ailsa S: I used to use this for baby diaper rash over forty years ago. I have periodic eczema and didn't want to use a steroid cream at this point, so I bought this. It's a bit stiff to spread (when stored in a cool room anyway) and it's highly scented which I dislike. For babies, they should remove the scent for the product as it can cause irritation. The scent is not unpleasant, just strong. But the point of this review is that it works. It stopped the mild itching and cleared up the rash. I'm not sure if it will be as effective if the eczema escalates, but it's fine for now. This used to be the 'go to' product for diaper rash when I was a young mom and for good reason.
