It is light weight and suitable for small kids, but keeps slipping out, first thing I did was created a thumb sleeve by sewing a thick hair elastic band. Does the job well after doing that.

My daughter had a cast up to her shoulder that was quite uncomfortable to hold up all day. The sling was much better quality than the one we were given from the doctor. The shoulder pad was well-cushioned and the brace stayed put with her arm in the cast. Perfect sized for an 8 year old and probably smaller or larger kids too.

I bought this for my granddaughter and is a comfortable sling, it fits well, easy to apply. It just slides off easily since my granddaughter is so active, should have a fastener at the end to prevent from slipping off.

The padding is really nice, and I like that there is a clip to adjust the length of the strap instead of Velcro. It is a little short for my son (6 y.o.) , but is much better overall than the one received in the ER.

The sling provided by the ER was supposedly kid sized but HUGE. Ordered this before we even made it home and we are so grateful! The wider strap doesn't dig into his shoulder or neck and it sits perfectly. The better fit really helped with pain management(kept it still) and he was so much more comfortable. I expected to have to order another (7year old boy/dirt collector/destroyer of all nice things) but it has held up so well and cleans up nicely!
