Janice CorbittJanice Corbitt: My dog loves the one labeled "With SALMON OIL". The smell is not as overwhelming nor as greasy. I will have to reorder some for her. The product works well. She does not like the "With WILD ALASKAN SALMON OIL" and will not eat them. They are very oily and have a strong odor. I use my Amazon 'recently ordered' section when I need more, but the two-three previous orders I received the the 'with Salmon Oil' and my last order I received this week was the Wild Alaskan Oil variety. The 5-star ratings for flavor, scent, and softness are correct as it is strong in all three categories. Pay attention when ordering unless your dog loves fish. I have seven bird dogs. I am going to see if any of my other six will eat this variety, otherwise I will dispose of them.

Gypsy10Gypsy10: The media could not be loaded. I bought & started this product 6wks ago strictly for reducing shedding. I wanted to give the product time to work before writing a review. So, my beagle mix sheds like crazy. After much research I decided to try these as it stated it would reduce shedding. After 6wks, I've noticed no reduction whatsoever in her shedding. I must admit, her fur does look nicer. It's shinier & perhaps even thicker. It actually seems like she grew more hair! But unfortunately, more hair means more shedding! Ugh!! I can't say if it did anything with her joints as she's been taking Cosequin for months for her joints & that's been working. (She's almost 12) Before writing this review I read the description again & noticed it stated it's recommended 2 of these "treats" per day for a 50-75 lb dog. The product container says 3 is recommended for that weight. I've been giving my dog 3 per day as the package says but that was a consideration I had before purchasing these. My dog loved these "treats"! They're small & chewy. If you need this type of supplements for any other reason aside from shedding, I'd highly recommend it. Your dog's fur will look...
