JasmineJasmine: I have periodontal disease and try to do everything I can to keep my gums healthy. First of all, the flavor of this toothpaste is great. It is a light mint with a freshness to it. I go every three months for a periodontal cleaning and my dentist actually thinks it is helping maintain my gums from further damage. You do not need a large amount on your toothbrush as it does foam up a bit. I use it on my electric toothbrush and it seems to cover my teeth and gums with a good amount of product without using a lot of it. It is definitely more expensive that other toothpastes especially for the size of each tube. I use it along with the Perodontax Mouthwash as a daily routine in brushing my teeth at least twice a day.

S. Begley: This toothpaste was a bit more expensive than at the local store. I had wanted to try it. The taste was ok, but not that great. Not sure if I would purchase it again.
