Happy: I am an Executive Assistant, I write a ton so I like nice pens. I was gifted a pen from my company when I started that was customized with our logo and I absolutely loved the way it wrote. The pen ran out of ink quickly, they gave me a few more, I ran out of ink again so I am on the hunt for a new pen that I can purchase and keep on stock at all times.

While I am still searching for a pen similar to the one I have, I am glad I ordered this pen. It has an executive look, feel and writes well. I do recommend this pen.

Pros:
-Executive look and feel
-light weight and easy to hold
-writes well & does not smudge (unless you run your finger across your writing immediately)
-great price point for the quality

Cons:
-Only con for me was that the ink felt like it was a little dry right when I used it for the first time but I guess that can be replaced.

Emm Rivers: Todo hombre debe tener una pluma elegante y este estilo lo cumple al mejor precio. Es una Parker, estilo clásico, nunca fuera de moda y nunca ostentosa. Con estilo, tiene muy buen peso, no se siente frágil y es cómoda. Probablemente no escriba novelas enteras con ella, pero la sensación de sacarla de tu bolsillo frontal, apretar el botón y firmar un cheque te hace sentir como un lobo de wall street.
Caballero que se respete tiene siempre una a la mano, cómpratela.

Gorbon: I carry around a few ballpoint pens but I find myself grabbing this one the most for everyday note taking. The Jotter's style has a refined simplicity. The stainless steel feels great in the hand, if a bit slippery. On the grip section there is a nicely cast interior threading that is unique to the pen. I love the feedback in the click of this pen. It isn't very smooth but it has a powerful click that resonates in your palm.

The steel has proven to be great. I dropped it directly on the point with the tip retracted and I couldn't find a single dent or scratch on the steel.

Some qualities could be improved however. The stainless steel is thin and light but not necessarily to its favor. It feels a bit cheap. Not dollar store pen cheap but a sheet metal sort of cheap. If it were a little bit thicker and heavier I think the pen would be perfect. The ballpoint cartridge is not very snug in its place, giving the pen a sloppy rattle if you wiggle the pen. Between the barrel and the section is a noticeable seam that disrupts the feel. If it were smoothed out the pen would feel flawless.

Even with its flaws, this is an essential pen to own. Its design...

Thelma: Esta pluma me encanta, es ligera, elegante y de alta calidad. La primera pluma que tuve fue un regalo (era exactamente igual, modelo y descripción) y la compra la realicé porque perdí la primera y realmente era tan práctica y funcional que no pude evitar el comparar una que sustituyera a la anterior. Excelente calidad de escritura, y se desliza fácilmente. El producto viene con tinta negra punto medio, la cual es muy buena, aunque en lo personal prefiero azul de punto fino, por lo que cambié por un nuevo repuesto. Los repuestos se consiguen fácilmente en la mayoría de las tiendas de productos de oficina. El producto llegó antes de lo esperado y en excelentes condiciones. Además, el precio que obtuve en Amazon fue menor al que encontré en las tiendas cercanas. Recomiendo ampliamente el producto

BookWorm: Parker Jotter (with its very high quality ink) is an exceptionally good pen and a marvel in mechanical engineering that survived the test of time since my childhood.

There are two reasons the classic plastic barreled version is the one that gets the maximum 5 stars, but the wonderful noble stainless steel version (reviewed here) still gets only 4 stars:

1) The stainless steel barrel is considerably more slippery than the plastic barrel, which can make writing difficult. However, it is still possible to write very well with the stainless steel version, but you must develop a light writing technique with low pressure to avoid slippage.

2) The new stainless steel barreled version of Parker Jotter appears to have the same dimensions as the classic plastic barreled version, but there is a small difference: Although the length is the same, the stainless steel barrel is manufactured in such a way that near the tip of the pen the barrel is thinner than in the case of the classic plastic barrel (I took measurements with an adjustable wrench to verify this), and this can make it more difficult to hold the pen and write.
