This Panda PAN6360W Compact Portable Washing Machine is a must-have for any home. With a 12lbs capacity and 8 wash programs, it is perfect for a small family. The 1.54 cu.ft top load cloth washer is designed with energy efficiency and easy use in mind. Its gray design and build quality make it one of the best Washing machines available.AtAnyRate: I love the design, the led display and buttons are easy to figure out. The different modes took a minute to learn, So did turning the tap off before removing the intake hose from faucet. I have done 4 loads so far, one had one tshirt too many, the machine kept shutting off would move a bit and come back on, it did this 3 times before i realized it was too much, i took out a shirt and it happily went on its way to finishing load perfectly. I was anxious to use this in an apartment because of noise, it is as quiet as can be, i did need to hold the machine down on one load with a big towel in it during the spin cycle but it was probably my paranoia making the vibrating sound louder than it was. The spin cycle is quite long, great for hang to dry stuff, but I have actually turned it off 3 minutes early twice because i dont want anyone to hear it, and the laundry was still spun well enough to hang no drips. I love this little machine. Great for one person. 36 minutes for large loads (two sweat pants 2 prs socks, 2 tshirts not bad! The only thing I dont like is there is no place to hook the intake hose when not in use, While moving it the hose falls down and residual water in it has...

Jane R.: I searched and saved up for a small washer for my apartment, I read so many reviews about so many different washers, I finally settled on this one. I ordered it on April 14th and received it April 18th, and used it today for the first time, did 3 loads of laundry, didn’t even know the washer was running and I was sitting almost right next to it. It’s great, I have another little washer that fits in my bathtub, but with that one, you have to put water in do the wash for 15 min, then drain the water, and then add more water for rinse cycle for 15 min, then drain the water and then transfer some of the clothes to the spin dryer because not all the clothes would fit in the little dryer. It worked good enough but I decided to invest in a full automatic washer.
I bought this one Panda, model # PAN638MH1, it has a lot of great reviews and I found it easy to use and I read all the instructions.
I only have a couple of dislikes, or wishes, I wish both water and drain hoses were longer, I wish there was a place to put the fabric softener in the washer so I wouldn’t have to add it before the rinse cycle, like my Mother used to have to do. I think I remedied that by ordering a...

Jason Robichaud: It does a pretty good job as long as you don't overfill it.
Just be careful about the drain hose - I didn't secure it and the fifth was I did the hose slipped out of the sink and made an absolute mess of my apartment. I zip tied the drain hose to the full hose and haven't had an issue since.
It's a bit noisy on the spin cycle, but I've had louder full size washers and quieter ones. I don't run it late in the evening out of respect for my neighbours.
Overall I'm happy with it, I think it's paid for itself in not using the coin-laundry.
It's big enough for one person - big enough to do a week's worth of laundry or queen sized sheets and pillow cases (though that's a bit of a squeeze, it would probably do better splitting those into two loads).

Lani: We spent a month looking for the perfect portable washer. There are a lot on the market, with varying reviews and experiences. We were a little hesitant about all of them but this one seemed promising: And it is! I'll provide information about our set up experiences at two different houses followed by a pro and con list. At the end, I'll provide some tips based on other reviews I read in case you're worried about some other experiences--many problems people had were easy for us to figure out.
Set up: No need to install too much. Depending on the type of faucet you have in your sink will depend on how you hook it up. We had to get a quick connector and wound up placing it on our bathroom sink in the first house we lived in. We weren't allowed to install a washer, so this was the best solution. We got a longer hose off amazon to intake water and a longer hose to have it pump out that simply attached to the existing hose.
After we moved, we were able to set up the quick adapter in our new bathroom sink but the sink itself did not have a sensor on it to tell it to stop pumping out water when the washer didn't need it. This has *nothing* to do with the washer, we just had to set...

Rose: Pros:
-Very easy to use.
-Gets the job done efficiently and quietly.
-Not overly small, but still fits well in smaller apartments.
Cons:
-I read the manual beforehand and I don't know if it's just me, but some instructions were a little hard to understand. For the parts I didn't understand, I took to Reddit and was able to find the answers I needed.
-You CANNOT overload this thing. Under absolutely no circumstances put anything larger than a throw blanket. It might work at first but overtime you will ruin the machine because it's simply not built for that. Respect it and you'll get a long lifespan out of it.
Things to note:
-If you live in an older home/apartment, be mindful of how you're disposing on the water that's drained out of the tub. The lint that comes off of your clothes can block pipes and cause blockages. Yes there is a lint trap in the machine, but you'll need to still be mindful of it.
-Don't use a ton of detergent. You're doing smaller loads so you won't need it anyway.
-Take full advantage of all the rinse cycles. Might seem like an obvious suggestion but we definitely didn't do this until the third or fourth load.
-The spin...

XRyche: unintended update 05/25/23 : I finally ran into an issue with this dependable machine. After almost 3 years of every single Sunday use the drain hose failed. It became brittle from age and cracked and split. That is the singular issue I have had with this unit in 3 years. An issue that is common with even its bigger cousins. I simply detached the drain hose from the drain pump housing and replaced it with a new house.
The first unit I got didn't power on at all and Amazon sent me a replacement within a week's time before even receiving the faulty unit back (UPS pick-up issues. Kudos to Amazon customer service. I won't even broach UPS's customer service.). The second unit I received worked as advertised.
It can basically hold about half the clothes a full-size commercial washer can. The standard wash cycle does take a little longer than your average commercial washer but the clothes have come out at least just as clean as a commercial washer. It also has a cycle that will pre-soak, wash and rinse which most commercial washers are sadly missing. This cycle takes a little over an hour but what else would you expect with a pre-soak cycle added in?
It makes very...
