Pam. does what it is supposed to. Spray on pan, cook your food, and it doesn't stick. It's ok to be generous with it as well. If your food is sticking, spray more.

Just like it says it’s just like the original.. No bad after taste and easy to use. Quite large cans. Very convenient to Iorder from Amazon since some of the stores don’t have the things that I use the most anymore. No traveling back to the store to see if somethings It’s in stock. These cans last a long time.
